Rick has practiced in our Ventura County Community for over 35 years. He has helped consumers for the past 35 years. He has also litigated in State and Federal Courts in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties.

Mr. Chaidez was admitted and licensed to practice law before all courts of the State of California on November 29^th, 1979. Mr. Chaidez was duly admitted and qualified to practice law before the United States District Court on or about December 17^th, 1979.

Mr. Chaidez has been practicing law in Ventura County for nearly 30 years. In the early years, Mr. Chaidez served as corporate counsel for Engineering Technology Inc. and he also worked as defense counsel for Hartford Accident and Indemnity.

For the past 20 years, Mr Chaidez has had his own private practice specializing in Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Creditor Negotiations, Criminal Defense, Unlawful Detainer and Family Law.

Mr. Chaidez is a native Californian and he lives with his family in the city of Ventura. When not working, he enjoys music and playing tennis.
