I would give this place a zero if I could. Every time we call to make an order here for deep dishes, THEYALWAYSGETOURORDERWRONG. LITERALLYEVERYTIME. IMLITERALLYSITTINGHEREWAITINGANOTHER10MINUTESFORTHEMTOGETOURORDERRIGHT. This is ridiculous. Get your sh** together. How are you gonna mess the same order up every time? Who ever does the ordering, Lorena tonight, needs more training because she even got my name wrong for the pick up. I don’t understand. THISISTHEFOURTHTIME! The last time I came was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. We called it in and when we came to pick it up, it was wrong, so we had to leave and came back for a new order, and they got it wrong again! When they finally got our order«right», after waiting 20 minutes in the store, not only did they still wanted to charged us for the extras they said they wouldn’t charge us for, the still got out pizza toppings wrong, and our pizza was burned. Despite the ordering, the customer service is great. Go to Erica if you want things done right the first time. Despite usually being very grumpy customers, we never received any attitude, but c’mon. This is ridiculous. I had a test for school the next day and I wasted an hour waiting on these people to do their job right. There is no reason any customer should have to deal with this level of incompetence. We always give this place another chance because of how continently close it is, but next time, we’re gonna have to pull a soccer mom and talk to the manager.

C’mon people for $ 5 pizza it was worth it! It was busy but the line moved quickly. I was told it would be a 10 min wait but it was shorter than that! The pizza was hot and tasty! The cashier was friendly And pleasant. Will come back again!

Just horrible, poster on the front of the store says they open at 1030. Got there at 1025 and by 1040 they still had not open the door or come out to tell us it will be a few minutes it is almost like we didn’t exist. Horrible customer service. Never again!

Best one in town!!! Crazy bread is always soft and buttery, the pizza has lots of sauce and cheese and is not overcooked n dry like other locations.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. I waited in line for about 10 minutes. There were about 6 or 7 staff members at the time, but only 1 person on register and 1 person working on taking pizzas out of the oven. The entire time, all of the staff members were shouting out to each other, either questions about orders, or personal statements about one another. At any given time, there were 4 workers standing and staring at a computer screen in the back. Even when there were«Hot-N-Ready» pizzas available, no one was calling them out because the only person in the front was on a register. When a second person finally came out to get a register, the first cashier walked away. When it was finally my turn, I asked the cashier if I ordered a Pretzel Crust Pizza, would that cut my wait time down, and she said Yes. I ended up waiting 15 additional minutes until I received that pizza. I overheard several times the supervisor asking the worker in the back if she had put in the pretzel pizza. After about 10 minutes, I got up and stood next to the counter. The supervisor noticed me, and ran to the oven, and«prepared» the pizza for me. I never got any apology for the wait, and there were absolutely no pizzas that were«Hot-N-Ready» everyone had to wait ATLEAST15 minutes after ordering. And it didn’t help that the workers never apologized or spoke friendly to anyone, they were more concerned about talking amongst themselves. I spent 25 minutes at that store and the pizza I went home with was soggy and extremely salty. I will not be visiting that location again. I will now have to drive across town to the Rose location IF I choose to visit Little Caesar’s again.

I was in a rush and, again, didn’t want to spend much, so I took a trip to Little Caesars, expecting a quick in and out. Apparently, «Hot and Ready» which they advertise on the box, isn’t exactly true. I ordered two large pepperonis, the most basic of pizzas, and it took over 10 minutes. The place was crowded but only had two seats. The floor was dirty, and the posters on the walls were torn. It’s a Tuesday night, yet there were so many people there, not to mention that parking was a nightmare! So my advice is that if you have time to wait, go right ahead, if not, don’t buy Little Caesars. On a positive note, I must admit that for $ 5, the pizza is good. It’s a good deal, and if you haven’t tried their deep dish pizza, try it! I definitely recommend it, and it’s only $ 8. Overall, I had a decent experience here.
