DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They towed my daughter’s car from her apt complex and then intentionally overcharged her! It’s a city contract so she was forced to pay the city impound fee, the cost of the tow, and the bribe. The city won’t investigate or void the contract (hmm). We’re hoping Better Business Bureau has enough influence to change these fraudulent and unjust practices.
