Briana has been wonderful with last minute schedule changes. And really great with making sure my adopted dog with a few unusual behavior traits is comfortable. I know every week that my dog is in good hands when i’m at work.

Briana and her staff has made our transition to our new home so much easier… they are very communicative and let us know what’s going on with our Lily dog… great group.

Thank you soooo much Briana and Prancing Paws!!! My husband and I, along with our two kitties, moved to Oxnard last summer. Not wanting to impose on our new friends and neighbors out here, we decided to give Prancing Paws a try after reading the great reviews on Unilocal.We recently went out of town, for a total of 14 days, and were very nervous to leave our kitties home alone.
From the initial intake visit, Briana and her co-​worker were very professional and genuine in their regard for animals. Briana sent us email updates every few days as to how our kitties were doing-​something I very much appreciated. Not only did she check our mail, but when we realized we were out of catbox liners the night before our plane took off, Briana was sweet enough to get us liners from the store– so sweet.
Briana was always on time when we needed to meet– a great quality in a business. She was very friendly and did a wonderful job of keeping us informed and our kitties fed and taken care of. We will DEFINITELY use her for future trips as her prices and services are wonderful! Thanks again :)

We recently moved to Oxnard and had a trip planned out of the country. We interviewed Briana and Michael and were very impressed with their obvious love and caring for pets. I felt like I was interviewing a babysitter for my children when they were babies. They took such good care of our dogs that when we got home it only seemed as though we were gone for the day at work. They obviously received the love and nurturing that they needed. We definitely will be calling Briana again when needed for the care of our dogs.

This is one of those times where you cannot wait to tell someone about a terrific business, yet you know you are shooting yourself in the foot in doing it, because then more people will want to share what you have discovered. In this case, I have an obligation as a loving dog mommy to share — because caring, reliable, trustworthy pet sitters are so hard to find. And it’s tough to trust someone with your pets AND your home. I would not hesitate to recommend Briana and her staff — they treat our 3 chihuahua mix dogs as if they were their own. Briana is always making every effort to accommodate our schedule, as well. I like that I get a text report after each visit, sometimes including pictures! Prancing Paws is exceptionally professional at all times, but adds a necessary personal touch so you know that this is more than just a business to them. Their rates are super reasonable. Give them a call — I am a tough customer when it comes to my dogs, and this service meets and exceeds my expectations.

I moved to Oxnard at the beginning of the year and brought my cat with me. When I’ve gone out of town, I’ve relied on my boyfriend’s co-​workers or the next door neighbor to take care of my cat. But I always felt uncomfortable asking and felt like it was an imposition. Especially since I wanted my cat let out in the morning and let back in in the evening. I finally searched for a pet sitter and called Briana based on her Unilocal reviews. I knew it was a good move when I first met her. She was pleasant and very professional. She asked all kinds of specific questions so I could tell she had a lot of experience.
My cat is 16 and has gotten quite vocal lately. If I come home and she’s feeling neglected, she lets me know! This time, I came home and she was perfectly happy! In fact, I’ve never seen her so content after I’ve been gone. Briana spent a half hour giving her love and attention twice a day. She even left a very sweet note telling me how her experience was with my cat while I was gone. It is such a relief to have found Briana and Prancing Paws! I will never have to worry about finding someone to cat sit again! Yay! I would give Briana 10 stars if I could!

Best dog sitter ever! Briana is always on time, available, and reliable. I am very picky with how I want my dog to be taken care of, but with Briana, I know my dog is safe and happy. When I come home from my travels, my dog remains well-​behaved and healthy.
