Like every Taco Bell… except this one, for some unexplainable reason, is frequently unable to serve their freezers, which I know for a fact because my daughters are the queens of $ 1 happy hour freezers. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to either back out or wait and go through that drive thru empty handed. BT dubs… Thank you Taco Bell for creating mental habits for my 9 and 10 year old girls on the benefits of happy hour. Smh.

Would have been an A-Okay visit but after we bought our XL soda to go and filled up the giant cup we couldn’t find a lid. We asked at the counter and were informed by a chipper young woman, «Oh, yeah we don’t have lids for those.» Huh??? Location was clean enough and convenient. Staff was friendly but how can you have no lids for your XL sodas?

Drive through experience is getting worse and worse. I hadn’t written a review in he past because I felt small mistakes can be forgiven but when these small mistakes come with attitude to boot then it’s time to drop some info for others to read. I have had multiple issues here but due to the distance and convenience of the location I have come back. Today was the worst of the experiences however. Not only did I have to repeat my order multiple times, even when asked if, for example, I wanted beef, steak or chicken in my burrito supreme they failed to add it to my order, also they failed to add other items so when I paid and looked at the receipt I advised the person at the window of their mistake. To my not so much surprise, the young lady made a face of discuss like I was bothering her to fix my order and charge me for the additional item. Too make it worse she rushed me away from the window and did not give me my drink. The young ladies name I’ll withold in order to allow for management to coach the entire staff. This will be the last time I visit this location at least for a looong while.

The food is horribly made. You order a bean burrito and you get a smear of beens and all tortilla. Customer service is failing. They ALWAYS mess something up or forget items. Nothing worse than getting home and realizing this. I dont go here anymore. They give the company a bad name. If I was the franchise owner Id put the smack down. God forbid n e one working here plans to become a doctor or lawyer one day when they cant get a simple order right. smh!

I have eaten here several times, the young men and women working the drive thru have always had a smile on their face, and have been polite. The food is good, as good as you can get at Taco Bell. The parking lot is kind of a nightmare, other than that, this is a decent place to eat. Dollar menu livin!

Never busy and still delicious it’s kind of tucked away so not a lot of people go in there so there’s never too much hassle.

Bring loads of patience to dine here. These folks need to be schooled in customer service!
