My daughter and i go here weekly for «Taco Tuesday»
Been going there for years, first with coworkers and now with my daughter.
better than any established taco places (taco bell, Del taco)

When my heart desires greasy burgers & fries, this is the place to eat. Delicious lunch special with awesome mouth watering tacos.
Great local joint with great music and friendly staff.
Only gave it 3 stars because you have to pay for refills and the lunch special bueger’s meat is smaller than the bun and tomato slice

The pastrami is the shining star of this place. Melt in your mouth goodness, with just the right amount of fat to meat ratio. It’s so good that I would have given 5 stars, had my friend not found a large toothpick shard in her taquito boat. Not acceptable to forget to take them out after cooking. Hopefully nobody ever stabs their mouth on a forgotten chunk of toothpick in the future.

The fries ! Yo The Fries!
The fries have such a great volume to them and has a nice soft crispy texture to them and just the right amount of salt.
Robert which is apart of the business also, has such a great energy that makes you feel welcome. Sometimes, its not all about upscale or corporate images of a business that attracts guests. Its the simplicity of superb customer service and quality food that make guests want to be a permanent fan.
A forever fan not just a customer.

Guilty pleasure. Be warned, the tacos are greasy and a big mess but that makes them extra good. The hamburger patties are small compared to the size of the buns. This place is a local favorite spot for a reason. Stand and parking lot would benefit from some upgrades.

Found WINS on Unilocal.We were looking for a local favourite spot. Man did we get lucky. The burger, Patty melt and flour tacos were fantastic! We will plan on hitting this place every time we are in town.

My husband and I tried Win’s today, it was sooooooo good!
We got 2 lunch specials
I got the Ortega chili burger with cheese, my husband got the double cheeseburger… both of our meals came with fries, that were hot and crispy, a soda, and our meals each came with one taco! Which was so good. We loved everything. Next time I might just get the tacos! The tacos tasted like a gourmet jack n the box taco!
They were just that good! We will def. be back. :)
If you’re craving tacos or a burger… you should try this place.

A place I missed after moving away from the area for work. The burgers hit the spot, especially the Billy Chili! The tacos are nice and greasy, flavored by a grill that’s been seasoned with thousands of tacos prior. The tacos have a difficult time standing on their own without the salsa. However, what you get when you put that salsa onto the tacos is something magical! You can tell they know this because from the time I left, to the time I got back, they have started selling this hot sauce by the bottle! I will be back as often as I am in Oxnard!

The burgers have gotten smaller but the billy burger is still one of the best tasting burgers around, the ground beef tacos are a must try, i am also a fan of thier pastrami sandwich, mark n robert really know how to put it down. Wins is a classic whole in the wall, that serves up delicious food.

Great neighborhood hidden gem, I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl. Always hits the spot, never disappoints. It’s awesome that it’s family owned and operated and they actually care about the customer. I’m always given a generous helping of fries and their burgers have never been anything but awesome. Just never ask for Coke, it’s Pepsi lol

Simple. Not healthy. Amazingly good!!!
I’ve had my fair share of burgers and nothing comes close to the taste of the billy burger. I don’t know what it is, but something about it sets it apart from fast food and gourmet burgers. My group of friends does the taco & burger thing, but I’m not too keen on the tacos. Maybe because I’m picky and would rather have a taco bell taco, but that’s another story. I’m definitely a fan of Win’s and the fact that its a drive in, outdoor seating type spot makes it kinda nostalgic, and I think it adds to the experience.
The bubble guts is well worth it!!!
