They made this easy — we pulled up 25+ years of roots, boxes, and stuff and landed in our new home with all of it and none of it broken. As we finished packing, I realized I had some type of love affair with glass and got worried I’d loose some in the move… but glad to be wrong. Robert and Noël made this happen on time, and without any additional cost. They were great, and they had a great team folks supporting them. I’d recommend them, if we move again — I’m calling them again.

U only get that because there is no negative scale on this app! These mover are the worst ever. Pictures of the blk & red wolf head was packed by wwms they place a heavy box on top of it and squashed it $ 1,200 is what I paid for it

If i could give NO STARS that would be more than they deserve. I chose this company because it was recommended by our Realtor. I DID A STUPID THING. I have moved several times before and unfortunately this time I did not do my homework and look at their reviews or lack there of.

I called and spoke to the estimator Jeff. He was too busy to come out and give a proper estimate and instead went with the info I provided from other estimates. I spoke with him in Detail about coming to check the road in which we were moving to because I was worried that it was not wide enough and that there were oak trees that may cause a problem for a typical moving van. He assured me that he would check. I spoke with him at least 2 more times before our move day and brought up that discussion each time and he repeated that it wasn’t going to be a problem and that he would be sure to check. The day before the move I spoke with Bob, the owner (Jeff was out of Town). Bob said that everything was fine and that they were going to bring a smaller truck. They showed up with a truck that was shorter than trucks we had used in prior moves so i assumed they did check it out. Apparently they did NOT. After they filled the truck and drove to the new location this is when they figured out that the truck could not make the last turn before my street. So I had to go and rent a smaller U-​haul truck so that they could transfer the furnishings from the Too big truck to the rental –which we paid for in addition. Of course, all of this extra moving took much, much longer. Our bill went from 1250.00 to over $ 2000.00 because of THEIR lazy mistake. In addition, we had a Baby Grand which they knew about and when there is a piano they are suppose to send a piano specialist with the crew. The «Piano Specialist» could not figure out how to get the legs off of the piano. I was definitely not comfortable at this point. I had to Google it and call Young Chang to get proper instructions. Young Chang is a VERY common baby grand piano. He should have known.
They dropped my brand new $ 1100.00 dryer in the driveway because they didn’t take the time to strap it to the dolly. My dryer now has a large dent in the front and a very scratched up glass front door. (after assuring me that it would be taken care of they gave me $ 120.00) what a joke!
They put two very large 8 – 12 inch scratches or shall I say Gouges in the wood floor of the Rental House I moved out of because they drug my triple dresser across the floor.
Then tried to deny it. The movers were sweating and getting their filthy hands all over my upholstered furniture. A proper moving company should wrap your furniture with blankets or plastic to protect them from stains and damage. They were so careless with the furniture — carrying furniture with drawers flinging open because they didnt wrap them with the plastic wrap, file cabinets being carried upside down, putting my canopy bed back together wrong. leaving out a support bar for the box and mattress I found the next day in another room and telling me that the screws that were missing from top of canopy were never there. I found those too a couple days later. Idiots!!!
They are completely careless with your furniture
They do not take simple steps to keep your furniture from being damaged
They are a dishonest company.
