Ruthie, Lana & Precious were extremely pleasant, professional, helpful and nice! Our entire family bombarded this store. My 3 daughters absolutely loved everything in the store and they took many things out for them to look at. Needless to say they each purchased something with their own money! Will definitely be going back. Very beautiful and unique items along with stellar customer service! Thank you.

Everytime I come here, I receive stellar customer service! The first time I visited I was impressed with the sales clerks extensive knowledge of the stones and their meanings. I could tell that she not only valued her job but very much enjoyed it. Though my friends and I let her know that we would not be purchasing that day, it did not stop her from telling us relative anecdotes about the jewelry and engaging us in conversation. She gave us her business card as well. She ensured that I had such a positive experience that when I was ready to make a jewelry purchase, she was the first person I thought of. When I went back ready to purchase, the owner of the shop was there. Since the other clerks were busy making other clients dreams come true, the owner her self helped us. She called around to several shops trying to help me get the ring I needed in the correct size. She took all my information down and promptly called me when the ring came in. I was extremely satisfied with the ease and convenience of the services offered.
The store is also very well organized by stone. That makes it very easy to browse each section effeciently. And trust me, you will want to spend a good amount of time browsing as the pieces of jewelry are beautifully crafted. The atmosphere is cal and peaceful. There is no pressure to force a sale. As I said before, the clerks are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to that, the prices range anywhere from $ 30 to $ 2000+. It just depends on how much you want to spend. Sometimes, the owner gives out special discouts as well.
Overall, I enjoyed my experiences and think of Fire & Ice first for a jewelry fix!

I bought a Christmas present from this store that unfortunately was not packed well and broke. The store manager went well above and beyond to fix the problem and replace the item. GREAT customer service! So rare today it seems, so I only appreciate her commitment even more!
