I have never had a bad experience at Braum’s in Ozark. They hire a lot of young people, and my nephew worked for them for a while. They do a good job, and the food is good (for fast food).
We go for a treat and get ice cream normally. My family loves it.

The ice cream and shakes are great, but the burgers are pretty bad. Food cold and the kinda burgers where the buns are wet and squash down. Lots of kids behind the counter, great for ice cream making but not the rest.
One other note, I really don’t think employees with a hacking cough should be serving food…

My first visit to a Braums. Loved it. A fast food joint with a fresh market grocery store. Very cool. Good food, lots of healthy and non healthy choices. May have been the best milkshake I’ve ever had.
I want more and I hope they open one in my town.

Good food, I love that they have a variety of sandwiches and burgers, salads and chicken. They also have a wide variety of ice-​cream and sundaes. My only complaint is that some of the «kids» who work here are rude and seem entitled. But, that’s an understandable action beings as there seems to be ZERO adults working and overseeing things.
