All-​in-​One Entertainment, Inc., has been in business for over a decade and has grown from a one man show, to a fledgling business, to a full service entertainment company. At All In One Entertainment we take great pride in working to understand our customers and meet their specific needs. We understand the importance of celebrations and we take great pleasure in making all our clientele happy during their special occasion.

Located in the Woodhaven section of Queens, NY we have serviced thousands of parties, schools, organizations and businesses in the tri-​state area and beyond. We offer many services such as inflatable fun houses for kids of all ages. You can rest assure that we operate our business so that we meet all legal standards and requirements set forth by New York State and any other state in which we hold an affair and we are licensed and insured.

We are also notably an official vendor for NYS Parks & Recreation, NYS Housing Authority, and Fidelis Health Care.

Let me start by saying, that I’ve been using AIO for all of my child’s events and baby shower and they have been great.
They have quite the selection of things, in fact almost anything you’ll need for any event, from baby shower to full blown sweet 16 or other event
In fact u just used them this past Saturday. .

I’m glad I didn’t read these reviews before booking because I wouldn’t have… but based on my experience with AIO I give them 4 stars… I personally had no issues with them. I rented a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Bouncer 20×20 for my sons birthday.
They were extremely accommodating with the delivery times and brought the Bouncer to our house right on time. They set it up and there was no problem. The delivery guy even gave me his number in case I wanted them to pick up sooner/​later than scheduled time.
The simple fact that we were able to enjoy it for almost 12 hrs for that price was amazing to me (compared to competitors). The only thing was that the bouncy house had a rip on the mesh part, maybe 8″ wide or so… but it didn’t stop the kids from enjoying themselves! So no complaints here, things happen.
I will definitely use AIO services any future events.

I am an event planner and this is my one stop all in one shop for everything I need for my events. John (the owner) and his staff are amazing and very accommodating and I do no believe any of the negative reviews here, especially not the ones against John. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to make sure my events went off without a hitch and for that I am a very loyal client. His rentals are always in great condition and his prices are very reasonable. If he doesn’t have something I need, he finds a way to get it for me to keep my business. His office staff Chrissy and Gio and even his delivery team Ty and the crew are excellent. He has helped this community out tremendously, by giving a lot of the teens and young adults the opportunity to have a career. He’s a great mentor to them, and even me at times. Again, I’m not sure about the negative reviews as John and the All in One team are amazing.

What an excellent experience. I first hired them for a kids party a few years ago and I’ve been using them consistently ever since. Great service, a huge selection of characters, inflatables and other services. The prices are reasonable too. I always go to them for chairs, tables, linens or any other party supply I may need. They are truly all in one. Thank you so much for making so many of my special occasions just that. Special.

I’ve never had an issue with All-​In-​One. Truth be told they are very accommodating. Most of my parties have never run on time and they were patient and willing to help me out. I have rented cotton candy machines from them, bounce houses and had clowns at my children’s birthday parties. Most recently they helped me set up a party for my husband’s Birthday. It went off without a hitch. There are very few things that Mr. Albuja, (the owner) wont do for me and my family. Their prices are reasonable and the owner is always willing to substitute items if he doesn’t have what you want in stock. I have been dealing with All-​In-​One for many years and I never looked past them because I knew he would give me the best price, service and always accommodate my party needs.

For a conformation party we had decided to use these crooks to rent a 20′ by 20′ tent and 3 tables and 30 chairs for a backyard party. They were scheduled to show up the night before between 6pm and 8pm and didn’t show up until 10pm. This was strike one. Next the guy pulls up in a van with the music blasting and goes into the backyard to assemble it however he says a 20′ by 20′ is too big even thought the space is exactly 20′ 2″ long and he said he would come back the next day with a 15′ by 15′. This didn’t upset me too much however he left the tables and chairs which were pieces of JUNK! The tables were wooden and had splinters sticking out and weighed about 80lbs and the chairs were like the ones you get in Costco for $ 5 and were so cheap we had to set at least 5 aside because they had broke while being sat on.
The next day the same guy shows up with the 15′ by 15′ tent and hands us the receipt and charges us the same price as would the 20′ by 20′. He said that this was for the extra trip even thought we live 3 minutes from their warehouse. He was very rude and had a attitude including the office staff we spoke to on the phone.
Finally they were supposed to pick up all their junk the day after the party and didn’t show up until TWO DAYS LATER! Our back yard was was unusable for all those days I felt like charging them for storage!
End result: DONT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF YOUR GUSETS AND RIPPED OFF!
By the way never go into their office alone after dark — bring someone with a black belt because it is scary to go up there!
I should of used aardvark entertainment in Brooklyn. I’ve used them before and they do a good job.

Horrible horrible horrible can’t get over the fact they never showed up not did I receive a call their excuse was that the secretary didn’t put the date in. My planner got in contact with them the day of the party but was told there was no contract found awesome right it was already too late for them to try and send someone over the party was over after waiting since 530 and no calls. Really embarrassed as to all my guest were on time and waiting

They are professional and great to do business with. The students at my school said it was the best carnival we have ever given. The students loved the obstacle course. We had to set up in the gym because of the weather and All In One was very accommodating to our needs. Their prices were fair and reasonable. They arrived on time and the staff was friendly. I had my shower here on jan 19th 2014. The place was decorated by them and wonderfully done. People are still talking about it. It was very spacious and comfortable. I invited around 70 ppl. They had an attendant there helping with the bar and he cleaned when it was time to go. My guest had such a good time they helped cleaned up a lil. Danny came by to make sure everything was to my liking and left. It was an amazing experience. My friends wanted to kno how did I find this place and how much I paid. I told them it took a lot of searching and was well worth it. It didn’t break the bank, the neighborhood was nice, it’s commute was easy and the baby shower chair had me looking like a boss lol. Every time I got up someone was sitting in it. The only thing is that there’s some stairs if u don’t mind then your fine. They also did my invitations which were different and nice.

They finally called me to apologize (2 weeks later because they probably saw this review) they mentioned that they tried to call me before but never got through to me– my response was I never got a call and have voice mail and never got any calls or anything from them. I gave them the opportunity to return the deposit to me as I have felt jipped for what they did which they didn’t take me up on. The lady claimed I lied on my review and I told her if I actually did lie I would change it my goal was not to make them go out of business but to tell people to go elsewhere for entertainment unless they fix themselves for the future.

So I used thier services for my daughters first birthday April 21. I must say I was extremely pleased. Every time I called with an inquiry or question the person answering was always pleasant. When I was expecting more children than the amount of children I initially quoted there was no problem for me to add on an additional half hour. They offer several different packages I ordered the magician package which included magic show, face painting, cotton candy, balloon art and a character. The guy arrived to the party before the time promised and the kids were entertained and delighted and had lots of fun. Even the adults were entertained by the magic show. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my friends!!!
