I really like coming to this location, I’m usually here on the weekends its always clean and nice friendly staff.

This is my local dunkin donuts, the place is clean, staff is nice and coffee is always good. I have dd perks membership, which have great deals. I love coffee lol.

I have no clue why someone would leave a bad review here. I come to this location almost everyday and everyone is super nice. Even when the belligerent drunks from the little tacky bar next door and «Show up and show out» the level of composure this crew maintains is astonishing. If your order is wrong they will quickly fix it (rare as that may be) and they have never served me stale coffee, no matter the time of night. Dev, Gour, Luthfa, Jouel, and all the new people at night always make us feel welcomed.

The staff here is extremely rude and slow! You always have to repeat your order about 3 times and very slow before they get it. I thought maybe because it was a new location it would take time to adjust but after so many months they still don’t have it together. The parking lot is the only good thing about this spot. The inside is filthy especially where you have to pick up your order. I also understand everyone deserves a chance but every time I go place my order they have a lady who doesn’t understand or speak English. Someone else has to come over and translate the order. Horrible!

Nice and clean. Big parking lot. Always fresh food. Friendly staff. Great seating inside as well.

I used to be a regular at this place but not anymore. I simply asked for «cream» instead of «milk» with my iced latte and it turned out to be a monumental task. The person who was preparing my order stated that they don’t use cream with coffee only milk. I’m not sure what the big deal is and it is NOT rocket science — simply replace the milk with cream — problem solved!
The cashier — an older cranky Indian woman with glasses was resentful because she had to assist the other worker with my order and looked at me as if I were the devil. I didn’t realize pouring cream instead of milk into a container was such an unreasonable request and that it would make her life so difficult. She started talking with the other worker in her language of course because she doesn’t have the guts to say her unpleasant remarks to my face. She was clearly annoyed and perturbed. She then stated to me that such a request was never made at that location and she never heard of coffee with cream. I stated that I have made the same request at other DD locations & I haven’t encountered any issues until now. I thought 1) Her overall judgment in handling the situation was poor and unprofessional. 2) It was inappropriate to belittle my request making me feel as if such a request was unheard of. I will simply avoid this DD in the future.
If you like your coffee with cream beware of the grouchy old Indian woman with glasses, she will chastise and ridicule you for it!!!
Go somewhere else or order from the younger guy that works there. He’s the only one with any common sense working at that location.

Love this location, very convenient, and they give me a discount, because I am a regular. The staff is very friendly and patient when I take my time ordering occasionally.

I was excited to have a DD opening so close by, but… then I went there :/
My boyfriend and I were walking around looking at fireworks on July 4^th and wanted to get a Coolatta to cool off.
Well out of the 5 employees working there at 9pm on July 4^th, not one of them knew how to make a coffee coolatta it seems. Because we ordered two coffee coolattas, what I got was super sweet frozen milk, not an ounce of coffee in the cup.
I felt bad because they just opened that week but hours later the stomach ache that I got made me feel less bad and more mad!

This place is still clean… cause its brand new!
Quality is far less than every DD i have ever been to (including flushing where they charged me for whipped cream and didn’t give me to me! And their poorly placed shelving unit with sharp edge that bruised and cut my arm!) Anyway, this DD is on par with that as of now.
When I muster up the courage and the stomach lining to attempt another concoction from this DD I shall give them another try
