I recently went to vision world and had a great experience. I walked in i was greeted right away. And was able to make an appointment to see a doctor later that week.
I had a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. Everything you can think of from inexpensive to high end. The employees are wonderful, i was helped by Amber and she showed me how great transitions can be! And was very patient with me when i asked numerous questions It was a smooth transaction and i never felt pressured to buy anything. They have a very knowledgable staff!
Would definitely recommend.

So. I went to this store after looking at other reviews and because its close to where I work (They all seem fake based on their user profiles). I was constantly pressured to upgrade/​upsell on everything from lenses to frames (they were pushing harder than a car salesman), to the point of being uncomfortable. I still went ahead with the purchase because my old glasses were falling apart and I needed a new pair fast.
I was promised glasses 2 days later and was told I would get a phone call. After waiting for 3 days, I called to inquire, they wanted an extra day. When I walked into the store on the 4^th day to ask what was the holdup. I got dismissive attitude from everyone. My glasses were not prepared and I was asked to wait for an hour until glasses were prepared. Later, when I asked for my prescription so I can get another pair made when needed. I got the glares from everyone and had to wait another 15 minutes.
Rude, tardy and high pressure sales pitch. Not coming back to this place again

Its not often I write reviews but I decided to. I not only got the perfect glasses for everyday, Felix was able to make me the coolest pair of prescription sunglasses I just love ray ban and now I can wear them and see at the same time. Thanks a bunch Vision World

I’ve had a couple lens upgrades by these guys, by far the most reasonable prices I’ve come upon. The staff is very friendly, Dr. Roth is knowledgable and down to earth. When I went to pick up my latest frames with new lenses added on, their kind employee Felix packed it up in a new ray ban case and cloth to keep it safe in. These guys simply care about the customer experience and you can have a good conversation with them. I drop in when my glasses become loose and Felix does the job well, and quickly, no questions asked. I support my local Eyewear Store.
