We are a local accounting and consulting firm located in Pacific Palisades that was established in 1982 by the president, Mr. Ness Moadeb. The firm has provided over 25 years of high quality, timely and personalized accounting services to a diverse clientele in the local and national business communities. History

Established in 1980.

We moved to Pacific Palisades, California in 1994 from Santa Monica. We are four CPA’s in the firm, specializing in preparing individual taxes, corporation taxes, limited liability company, form 1041 and 706 for trust and estates. We prepare financial statement review and compilation. We have division for bookkeeping and management services. Also we prepare all required forms for offer to compromise with Internal Revenue Service.

Ness M.

Business Owner

Ness has over 33 years of tax and accounting experience. He provides tax and general business consulting to companies and individuals. Ness has an extensive experience in family-​owned businesses from Limited Liability Companies, C Corporations, S Corporations and real estate transactions including 1031 Exchange. His industry experience includes closely-​held companies in real estate investments, wholesale/​distribution, manufacturing and service.

Ness also has in-​depth experience in international law and foreign corporations and affiliates with the U.S.

Ness obtained his Bachelor of Science from McGill University in Montréal, Canada and worked for J.K. Lasser LLC in the tax department for over four years. Ness is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Hebrew.

His personal interests include tennis, fishing, jogging and marathon.
