Friendly staff. Willing to fix any messed up drinks. Very nice. And good at making the drinks (which is very important)
On the negative they don’t accept coffee bean rewards points/​cards in any form! Ridiculous This bothers me a lot since it’s near my work place I could accumulate so many points/​rewards, but get nothing instead. Please fix this! (Also, no bathrooms, kind of disappointing)

Child friendly small location. It’s in the heart of palisades. I go here usually after I get my hair done at dry bar. There are shops nearby, so you can grab and go coffee from here. The staff here is sooo friendly.
Street parking is relatively easy to find!

Tomorrow’s the last day before the Ice Blendeds are no longer half off at Happy Hour! Definitely gonna cash in my complicated order with tons of modifications

No restroom and not accommodating for customers.

Very nice people, will redo your order if they mess up, usually a good assortment of pastries and bread (they even have challah bread), and of course good beverages. Unless you walk in like a business mogul late for work and are rude as can be, this staff is the nicest staff of any coffee bean/​starbucks i’ve ever been to.

Staff is very friendly but it’s often hard to find parking and the drinks take a while to come up… also seating in the am can be tricky. Seems like the regulars take up most of the outdoor seating ;(

I walked in looking for the Winter Dreams tea.
The guy at the register was really kind and personable.
He checked to make sure they still had the heavenly tea, and even went through the extensive list of milk options when I asked the alternative options.
He even informed me that the almond milk has a bit of a cocoa flavor, but that it’s not overwhelming, and actually tastes good with my tea (it did).
I’m used to subpar service at other locations.
This one however, stands out.

You would think that the employees that worked here would be grouchy and moody considering some of their clients are just _​_​_​_​but oh contrary! They’re super friendly and prompt as well, considering they’re always so busy.
Definitely my go to CBTL after visiting my friends!

Very busy on weekdays before 9 AM! I love the customer service. 2 men behind the counter always give me compliments, they’re just super friendly. I also never find empty half-​and-​half or milk containers-they’re really good at keeping stock of everything.

Small but lots of outdoor seating available. Friendly.

Sunday morning on the way to the beach! Stopped in to get my usual coffee non-​fat sugar free vanilla cappuccino Simi dry (two of the same drink one for me and one for my gf)… I placed an order paid… Decided go next door and get some wheat grass shots while they make my drinks! I go next door takes about 5min… come back the barista is still chatting away with the same person he was chatting away when I was paying for my order. So the person who was ahead of me… is patience waiting (I ask him if he was making my drinks he said yes… which was odd cause the lady ahead of me hasn’t gotten her drink… we think he gave hers to the dude he was chatting away with)… So he starts making my drinks… (the counter is a MESS dirty milk everywhere not clean or anything) I am kind of particular on how I like my drinks… Anyway long story short… he didnt make the drink properly and then the cup was all on foam his manager ended up taking over and helping him at the counter… not organized not customer service like… I placed an order for exactly the same drink one supposedly they charged me for sugar free vanilla the other they didnt. I go to him well how is it my fault? I asked for the same drink twice? I think they need to teach time management and not chatting away and messing up orders. By the time I get my drink there are 4 more people waiting who all have been waiting for about 5−10min. This was my first time going to this location and most likely the last. I normally go to a different location that has way more traffic of people and have never had this issue… and always clean…

Very nice coffee shop in the heart of Pacific Palisades. The staff is friendly and patient while waiting to take orders. Their prices are reasonable and they make great drinks. I typically order the Chai Tea Latte, which is a great alternative for non-​coffee drinkers. The pastries are darn good, too. There isn’t much seating inside, but they make up for it with the 6 or so seats outside… and since they’re in LA, you can sit outside all year long!

Gr8 place to spend evening

A decent alternative if you’re trying to dodge starbucks. However, the people that frequent this place are douchebags. I suggest Gelson’s bakery as an alternative.
