H&R Block

Three weeks later, leaving 3 vm messages and making two visits to an abandon business. No one returns my calls. So, calling the national call center to make an appt. was the last resort. Do you really want to do business with a business who is only there for you during the small window of tax season. I went there today to find a feet high x 4′ wide of mail. The VM was a black hole, never indicated an option to call to another place. I had to google and hope that I would reach a call center, of which I need somewhere in middle America. This is ghost business.

HORRIBLE, and I mean HORRIBLE!!! So terrible, they don’t even deserve one star. We dropped off our taxes over a month ago and they have done NOTHING but constant phone calls to us about stupid stuff and honestly, I do NOT understand what their problem is. Both my husband and I have credit over 800, we are EXTREMELY responsible people and they have completely toyed with us for over a month. I am SOOO angry right now, I don’t even have words. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!
RIDICULOUS! My husband just went to pick up our taxes and nothing has been done. We now have to find another place and start over. This for us is MORE than insulting as we lead conservative, «crime free innocent as can» be lives.
MORE THAN THE MOST HORRIBLE AND INSULTING TAX EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ALMOST feels like CANDID camera, I was waiting the whole time to have someone come out and say «you’re on candid camera!» But no, this is the real deal and the worst deal in anything I have EVER experienced.
Marguerite is CRAZY and unprofessional as hell. She cost us over a month and basically a lot of tears and heartache.
Do not use her ever!!!
