We have two attorneys working for you, myself and my Associate Kenneth Linthicum, a full support staff, and the latest technology to help us accomplish your goals. Since our office is not downtown and we keep our overheard small, we are better suited to keeping your fees and costs low and to offer you more personalized service.

We have 22 years of combined experience in a wide variety of areas: family law, estate planning, starting or selling a business, landlord tenant issues, civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, conservatorships, criminal law and civil rights. We have been to Court hundreds of times all over the Bay area and have had great success for our clients.

History

Established in 1993.

When someone comes to me with a problem, my first goal is to determine what is the simplest, most beneficial and least expensive means to solve the problem.

In the transactional realm, Mr. Balogh has completed the sale of numerous businesses, including L.L.C.s and Corporations. Mr. Balogh has also handled numerous estate plans for individuals, including wills, powers of attorney and living trusts.

In the litigation realm, Mr. Balogh’s experience is wide ranging and he has had cases in many counties throughout northern California. He has been to Court hundreds of times, having represented people and entities in motions, trials (jury and bench) and appeals. Mr. Balogh has had successful lawsuits against the State of California, the Department of Fish & Game, other municipalities such as Brisbane and the City of San Francisco and many corporations.

Business Owner

Peter L. Balogh grew up in New York City, the son of Hungarian immigrants who fled Soviet oppression in 1956. He attended Harvard University, graduating cum laude in History and Literature. Law School followed at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He won the top speaker award for the International Law Moot Court Competition.

Immediately upon passing the Bar Exam, Peter opened his own general law practice in San Francisco and Pacifica, California. Peter lives in the Mission District in San Francisco and enjoys travel, art, film, theatre, music, food, all outdoor activities, hiking, kayaking, and diving.
