Established in 2003.

In 2003, W.J. Bradley Company founder, William J. Bradley, launched the Company’s flagship merchant partnership, W.J. Bradley Merchant Partners, LLC («Merchant Partners») to affect a large-​scale consolidation strategy in the residential mortgage industry.

Between 2003 and 2004, W.J. Bradley Company administered two principal initiatives designed to position the Company to launch its acquisition, integration and consolidation strategy.

I have been working in the housing industry since 1978 and have a real passion for helping home buyers and home owners with their mortgage needs. My previous background as a Realtor® gives me a unique perspective when working with real estate agents and buyers in the Bay Area. As a San Francisco native, I understand the Bay Area economy and real estate market unlike anyone without personal experience can offer. «Always putting my clients needs first has allowed me to grow my business by referrals only and allows me the time to put my energy into getting them the best rates and programs available.»
