Our toddler locked our nanny out of the house which was a scary moment for everyone! I was away but I called Nelson’s Lock and Key and he arrived in about 30 minutes or less and found a way into our house, without breaking anything.
As others noted, he is all business, and in a moment like the one we had, he was our knight in shining armor.

Ken came highly recommended and on time, he replaced two locks made extra keys and reversed one lock for me at no additional charge. Local Pacifican contractor who doesn’t rip people off, how refreshing. Excellent service and great price now what more can I say!

Great experience. Had a gunked up ignition lock and well worn key so we were stuck sitting in a truck waiting on a different locksmith. After 90mins of waiting on the other guys (who said they’d call back in 40mins) we gave Nelson’s a call and he was there in about 15mins. Took a little persistence and some time, but he really knew what he was doing; got it cleaned out; 3 keys cut (better than the dealership originally had, all from studying the super worn key); and had the truck started, all this before the other locksmith had called back. Couldn’t’ve asked for better service!

Just bought a house and needed the whole place re-​keyed. Ken came out today and did the job super fast and even threw in some extra work to make sure the locks worked smoothly free of charge.

Yesterday I found myself in a predicament as id locked myself and my 2 year old out of our house at 930 am. With my husband working and no way in for the entire day I called up Nelson’s lock and key. He arrived within minutes and promptly went to work. Only a short while later he had us back in within no time at all! He was very professional, and onviously extremely helpful to my family. We are definitely going to use this business when we re-​key our entire home! Highly recommend.

I had a rather complicated lock job and finally got around to calling a locksmith. Ken at Nelson Lock and Key was extremely responsive and a great problem solver. He was able to machine a part for the lock on my 1956 Dodge Sierra Wagon. So happy with his service, well priced and very dependable. I will use him for all my lock needs from here on out!

I called ken about installing a bolt look. He would of come out in a couple oh hours I scheduled the appointment the next day He arrived on time did an EXCELLANT job and his price was responsible. I would highly recommend him.
