Skin Reflections is owned and operated by Penny Blackwell. She brings a wealth of background and experience from her years as an aesthetician. Penny specializes in Acne Problem Prone Skin, Waxing, Brazilian & Bikini wax, Rosacea, and special treatments. The passion she feels for her profession and the experience she has accumulated over the past 18 years will give you the client a great spa experience.

Penny’s philosophy which has guided her to own her own day spa is education, education of her clients, and of herself. Beauty is a creation, an invention, an experience. Its achievement does not always depend upon inherited traits or features but rather upon beauty practices that can be taught to every person. Penny’s passion for her profession and her concern for her clients commits her to providing a rare quality of service. Penny Believes every person deserves to have beautiful skin.
