AT&T Authorized Retailer

Employees seem to stand around like fixtures instead of assisting customers. Don’t know if this place has a manager but if so hire more people. 1 hour wait. Is everyone on break at the same time? Horrible place last time I step foot in this place.

worst at&t store i walked in. i don’t rate stores usually and at&t stores are terrible. this one in particular blows. they are rude they don’t treat you as a customer if you are not a … mexican. i went to get a sim and told them i need the micro-​chip and they gave me the big chip that fits phone made in the 200’s. after i told them that i need the right one they told me they are out of sim cars.
who runs out of sim cards? that’s like going to a shoe store and they telling you they ran out of laces.. …
0 stars. stay away unless if you walk in with a burrito to be treated like a king.

5 STAR FOR JUAN (pun intended).
I was adamant about going here due to the reviews but I just needed a sim card so… I did… This was my experience… came out with a Samsung S5 and a lower monthly bill… YMMV.
The store was clean, organized at least from where I was standing. Juan took the time to review my account and was able to assist me in getting the best possible deal for my family plan. Took a little bit more time than I was thinking of spending there but extra 20 minutes for the lower monthly bill… priceless.
FYI: I did not get a free case, charger, nor phone for that matter, Juan simply applied his knowledge of the different family plans and BAM!!! Now tell me would you be happy?
This AT&T store might have been a piece of coal before but seems to be turning into a diamond in the rough.
Ask for Juan, two, or maybe three… and lets see what he can do for you…

Great customer service. No line fast service got a new phone and always great deals!
I was with my kidos and got water for both also they have phones on counter so kids can play games while updating all info.
They have so many accessories to pick from and always a deal going on!

If I could give 0 star i would! ATT service is average and spotty! I did business with them about 15 years ago. They have the by far worst customer service in the business. To get an issue resolved it absolutely painful, that is if they can which usually they can’t. On top of that the promise prices that they never deliver. For example my ATT home phone that was 911 and local calls only with nothing else they said would be 5 dollars a month, and it turned out to be 39 a month with nothing. ATT tricks you in every way. I had such bad bad service that I disconnected early on their cell phone over 16 years ago. But at the 9 year and 11 month they sent me an offer to settle for 77 and consider the matter closed. I was stupid enough to try to settle. I didn’t know that once you pay it they can trash your credit for another 10 years and charge all sorts of fees. They are liars and cheats, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They say I owe now 1144 dollars now. But their service sucked either cell or land line you choose. Read the reviews! And I would get the inevitable update that they are sorry… bla blah blah all talk and lies too. They don’t care in the least! Take it from 25 plus years experience with them. I recommend Tmobile for cell… not the best coverage either but great customer service! And I also recommend get cable internet and use voice over IP and fire them. That is what I did and I will never do business with anything they have something to do with. They don’t empower their people to do anything but charge you all sorts of fees, and they tell you what they can’t do instead of what they can do for you. It is painfully obvious that they are wearing their ties too tight around their necks at corporate. THEY DON“T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

Avoid! This place is an «authorized» retailer, so you’re not dealing with legitimate att representatives. Go online, go to att and they will give you a list of actual att stores.

Ive been at this location before to inquire about phone plans and their customer service wasnt that great but this last visit just takes the cake. I will say though that the rep was kind when I came in but the events that unfolded are not ok.
Please bare with me…
I had seen an ad stating that you could trade in your phone for an iphone 5 for 99.99. I went to this store to see if I was eligible. The gentleman told me I in fact was so we went through the whole process or trading in my phone, and after paying the difference on the new phone, I walked out an iphone 5 owner.
Cut to today. I receive a phone call from the same gentleman stating that an error had occured and I should not have been eligible for an upgrade. Mind you this was an error on his part because AT&T was confused themself why I was «eligible». He goes on to tell me that I must return the phone as soon as I can to the store and since he still had my old phone, that he would give me my old phone back and refund the $ 150 I paid for my new iphone, then he goes on to tell me that I also have to pay $ 116 for the «trade in value» which I will then be reimbursed for… 5 – 10 days later ??? He did apologize but really!!! I understand that it was a mistake on your part but not only do you call me to return the phone I purchased becuase you said I could, but you also want me to fork out more money which you will then return to me? Not cool.
Luckily I did call AT&T customer service and they were kind enough to help but they didnt even have record that this guy had called me to return the phone which I thought was a lil shady.
I feel if a mistake like that had happened you should eat up the cost. Ive made mistakes before as well but this is just awful customer service. Speak with your manager/​regional and eat up the cost. Im sure there could have been a better way to resolve this. Not cool

LMAO… don’t worry bro… you don’t have to sell me anything… you obviously have better things to do than providing customer service… LOL…what a bunch of clowns… No wonder your store has not been claimed on Unilocal yet… I don’t think any of the employees at this store even graduated HS. I will buy my iPhone 4S from that bright store in the middle of the mall where dudes run around in blue T-​shirts and email you the receipt. Useless human waste!!!
