Black & White Towing

poor!!! the chick who is in office is a rude, inexperienced, ignorant.
she not give me a report of belongings that were in my car…, I talk her about laws and my rights to ask for a copy of the report, and her obligation to surrender that role!
and she just looked me with her stupid and ignorant face…, that neither knows their job and does not know anything about the laws of (La.) what to say about all (USA.)

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! They will rob you blind!!! Their office staff are incompetent people with the worst attitude! Not friendly and not helpful.

Black and white towing have no customer service. The lady in the office was extremely rude, would actually ignore us when we had questions. The towing company is not careful with vehicles and Gave our car had a flat tire! They wound not take responsibility for their mistake, and the lady in the office refused to get one if the towing guys to help us. She did offer to let us park it there for the next day (but would charge us a ridiculous amount) We had to actually change our own tire in a towing company parking lot! I would advise anyone to avoid using black and white towing at all possible cost.

I got my car stolen last week and they found it all the way in the SFV. I made it literally within minutes before closing (they’re incredibly strict about not allowing people in after 7) and they allowed me to view my car before paying the fee. Unfortunately, my car was prepped for resale while it was stolen and actually sold with a new ignition and entire system… so my key couldn’t ignite the power to engine since. So we tried to call a locksmith and did our best with the time allotted. They allowed us to stay until 8PM to figure out how we were going to get my car out of the lot. A couple of the men working the lot were kind enough to stop what they were doing to help us try to figure out how to turn it on to avoid the fee of another day on the lot. We couldn’t turn on my car and AAA couldn’t tow my car before 8PM so we let it sit on the lot another night. Nevertheless, the customer service and the help received from the two workers was really awesome. I recommend using Black and White towing for any emergency.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT USE!!! After messing around with my spare for over 2 hours they left 3 small children (1 infant and 1disabled) and 3 females stranded on the side of the 14 fwy, in the dark, because the staffs and dispatchers incompetence, lack of customer service and morals prevented them from doing the right thing. The BBB will be hearing from me!!!
