Absolutely disgusting. They let someone walk in with a 5-​day old dog and place it on the counter where you pick up the food. I don’t care if they claim it’s a service animal, it is illegal to let a disgusting dirty animal on your clean surfaces. And I watched and waited for someone to wipe up and nothing. Gross. If the employees hadn’t been playing with it, i would have tried to complain to someone in person.

Terrific! The burgers were hot, and Jacqueline even included various condiments I forgot to request at the drive through… Very quick too… Definitely a five-​star experience and I’m not even a fast food fan… Perhaps it’s just Jacqueline & her welcoming energy… Or Jack-​in-​a-​box heard my complains I put out into the universe few years ago… When I had to chow down frys without ketchup cuz I forgot to ask…

Horrible drive thru!!! I asked the guy twice if he had gave me everything and he assured me he did! I even asked him are you sure! When i got home, sure enough i was missing my food of my order!

Drive thru is hoorrrrriiibble. Every time I go, I’m prepared to turn back around because they forget something.

then they had these mango sprite drinks a while back that were seasonal. I ordered one and it tasted like pure sprite, so i called and they said «yeah come in and we’ll give you a new one»
So i went. And they didnt wanna give me my drink because i threw away the receipt (because i saw everything in the bag)
I wasted gas and time and even had to argue with the cashier about it. All for a damn drink.
Drive thru= terrible. Idk about the inside.

Had a hair in my food but the manager Jessica replenished my order readily. Really appreciated her kindness, Jessica will be the only reason I continue to go back.

Employees are rude, I’ve had my order wrong multiple times
And when I ask for the rest of my food
They have given attitude every time
Many times I’ve gone
And went thru drive thru and they do not greet or even make eye contact with me

Never have a problem at this Jack in the Box location. Friendly, & patient staff. Never forget about my «no pickles no onions» on my burgers lol. A jumbo Jack for a dollar or two? Can’t beat that when I’m broke and I need to make it to pay day haha. I have never had to go back because they got my order wrong. Which is why they get 5 stars and EVERY McDonalds always pisses me off & gets an angry review Haha. Also, they’re medium cups are as big as McDonald’s Large cup. And I love that! Thanks jack in the box employees! You don’t disappoint ! :D

As of July 2014 they now manage to keep the fryer alarms from ringing forever. Combine that with friendly staff and a diverse but family friendly customer set, and I’m giving them four stars within category (low price formula fast food).
Also factoring into the four stars are late dining room hours: MTW 6 am to 2 am, ThFSaSu 24 hours. To keep the place civilized with late hours, they have locked bathrooms. The staff will buzz you in past the electronic lock on request (if you are a regular tidy customer).
Unless the corporate office puts and end to it, you can ask for veggies — and EXTRA veggies — on the $ 1.29 Big Burger on the value menu. (The Big Burger is a standard size beef party.) Then add two deep fried tacos for a buck (soy protein, but they taste great!), and a refillable value drink for another buck. If you get the senior discount (50 cents), that’s a really big meal for $ 3. The geriatric crowd like me should be filling the place up. In fact it’s a family dining room filled with young people, working people and kids.

First time I came they had no hot sauce for my tacos !! Second time I came they burned my tacos. Third time I came they burned my churros and then gave me half cooked ones. to make it up., wtf… Last chance is up I’m not giving them a penny more.

Let me start off by saying. My kids and I love Jack in the Box!!! The chicken sandwiches and tacos are the best!
The reason I gave 1 star is due to the horrible horrible service!!! The drive thru line, whether there’s 10’in line or only 1, takes FOREVER! Then you you finally pull up to the window to pay and get your food, an employee pops their head out of the window and asks you to stand back!!! Wtf!!! I can’t stand it!!!
I have gone here plenty of times as I grew up right down the street, but this place is sad.
Last time i stopped in I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and two tacos. I was given 1 taco. So annoying. I would rather drive a few miles down the road to the next closest Jacks… I will not be coming here at all!!!

Typical Jack In The Box. Gets super crowded around 2am on weekends (people getting out of clubs/​bars)

Sigh… why do fast food chains tend to false advertise all the time to lower the cost?
Real hungry late at night and went out with a coupon to try the new Sourdough Jack Cheesesteak at this Jack’s… service was decent but food was the low point…
1) Sourdough Jack Cheesesteak cost $ 4.69 each and there were nearly no fillings whatsoever… serious? If that’s the case then don’t print the coupon looking like there are cheesesteaks up in there… FALSE ADVERTISING…
2) Extra lettuce on Jumbo Jack cost $ 0.40 cents for a few extra leaves? I can get a whole head of lettuce for $ 0.99 at Ralphs!
3) $ 0.99 tacos also seems smaller here… why? I thought they were all frozen and should be the same size across the board?
If you are starving this will have to do, but I would highly recommend you hit up fast food joints at 1:00am (in-​N-​out) instead of visiting Jack’s…
Sorry Jack… these portions really are not going to cut it… Please provide what you have printed on these coupons…

Never again will I eat here, ! I have almost certainly got food poisoned from this place I’m about to start throwing up! I can actually feel what I just ate in my chest still, and its not going down plus my stomach hurts badly and I’m so natcious. I think it’s time to call a lawyer. Beware! Omg I’m about to be sick! I hate this feeling!

This place has its ups and downs. Well to start off every time I order the food is fresh and if you dine in and go to pick up your order they ask if you if you need any sauces.
Now the bad every time I’ve been there the soda fountain is always dirty and wet. The drive thur at night especially can get really long and it takes forever just to place your order or even get it. I think all the drunk clubbers come here to get food, hence the really long line.
Other than that I enjoy the fast food here. Keeping in my that its just fast food not q gourmet meal.

This is just a quick note to let you know that I nor my family will ever eat here again. We stopped here on Sunday for a late breakfast and when we got home what did we discover? Well my husbands sandwich had a pen a greasy writing pen right in the sandwich.
I will say this, a hair is bad but a pen is worse. Why? it is full, full of germs and microbes. This is so disgusting I cant even explain, I went back and got my money back however this does not make it right.
