I have never been this disappointed ever! If there’s a zero star I would have given that! I chose to come here as she is one of the nearest pediatric dentist in my area. Worst dentist! Worst dental staff and customer service! My experience with this dentist/​office is the worst that it ended up haunting in me in my dreams. I thought I would just let it go but it woke me up at 3am. It shouldn’t be that bad, I only went there for my first appointment for just a cleaning. She wanted me to do a deep cleaning that day but my insurance only allows regular cleaning. They want me to pay $ 200 on top so I said I will just come back in another appointment. I asked if they can just do a regular cleaning and she was hesitant! After insisting because I want something be done on my appointment, she literally just went to my mouth and pretended to clean my teeth without care! She and the assistant was poking me with everything they were holding on to. I asked her to stop what she was doing cause it was really painful so she slowed down and was less painful but still such a horible experience! They didn’t even give me a small paper cup for water! I have done it all… braces, fillings, a root canal and cleanings regularly in other places but none of them were like this! I will never come back again! I’m cancelling out all my kids’ appointments here! Spare yourself or your kids! Stay away and look elsewhere! This dental office doesn’t really care for you, as a patient but just the money! I bet the two other reviews here are made up!

been going to dr. shah for i think about 15 years now. he’s been the family dentist since i think i was 14, its been a long long time. he’s great! his whole staff is great. they get me in & out when i need to go. i’ve had him pull 2 of my wisdom teeth. didnt hurt as much as i thought it would. pain went away within the next day or so. call them to make an appointment they try to schedule your appointment that same week or asap. even got my boyfriend to start going to him! if you’re looking for a new dentist in this area try him! fyi, he also has another office in woodland hills.
