Don’t go here for an oil change. It was supposed to be a package deal with lots of other things. For example, vacuum the car, clean the windshield, check tire pressure, check all fluids and fill, etc. They didn’t clean anything, which makes me wonder if they bothered to check anything. I’m not even sure if they changed my oil, to be honest.

Okkkkkkk just happened to drop in here while briefly staying in Paducah this week, but I just had to give kudos to this Walmart location!(I know, right???). But seriously, this Walmart makes the St. Louis, MO Walmart I usually go to seem insane/more like a circus than I already thought it was! I went in for a few items(beer & nail polish remover) on a Friday night. First of all, the parking lot wasn’t at total capacity like STL usually is. The shelves were actually stocked, and people(customers and employees) were actually courteous shoppers! I quickly found my items and was in and out in less than five minutes. Wow, who knew it was so easy? This Walmart also has an arcade. OK now I’m really jealous! I wish my normal Walmart would take notes.

Can Walmart stores get any larger than this one? I have no idea, but this location seems huge, even by the suburban Walmart standard. Typical Walmart: part grocery store, part pharmacy, part mercantile, part hunting shop, part clothing store. They are conveniently located near the Hinkleville Rd hotels and motels. A shout out to Joey, who shared a few laughs with me about his love of the Chicago Bears football team and his trip to Chicago.
