Blanco River RV Park and Resort

Great RV park along the Blanco River in Pagosa Springs, CO.
There are quite a few RV parks in the area, but we are so glad to have found this gem right off 84 about 9 miles south of town center.
The owners are awesome and RVers themselves. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
There are two parks on the same property so be sure to follow the signs. This is the park along the river on the right hand side as you drive down from the bridge.
We had a river site with full hook ups and had no problems parking our 30 ft RV and tow vehicle. It was so peaceful to sit outside by the river in the afternoon.
The other campers here are all really nice and friendly with well behaved dogs on leashes.
Wifi work worked really well.
Good size coin operated laundry room with washers and dryers.
Bathrooms are separated into male and female each with three clean showers.
Books and board games available in the main office which also has tables and chairs to relax in.
No ATT cell reception, which didn’t bother us. Most of the National Forest Trails we went on didn’t have coverage either. It’s nice to disconnect. We were told Verizon should work here.

Very nice park with good amenities. However there was no cell signal for any carrier, and the wifi was very slow, non-​existant at times. With the prices paid, there should be excellent communications in this day and age. I stayed here in September 2015.

We stayed at Blanco River Rv Park for 3 days. Our site was right by the river, so beautiful. The owners were so nice. The grounds were clean and well kept. They have a laundry room and bathroom with showers, all very clean. They are also pet friendly. Going back for sure.

We stayed here in August 2014. Janell, one of the owners, is the SWEETEST person you will EVER meet! She is BEYOND kind and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay just incredible! There is a beautiful river flowing right through the campsites and mountains on every side! It’s a short 10 minutes to town but the country is absolutely peaceful and there is zero road noise. We REFUSE to stay anywhere else besides here when we visit! They have tent, camper and RV spots, a luxurious shower room and wonderful-​working laundry facilities! Seriously, don’t waste your time anywhere else! You won’t regret it!
The rates are very reasonable as well! All pros, no cons! :)

This is a lovely park on the Blanco River, about 10 miles South of Pagosa Springs. Blanco River RV has sites right on the river in a park setting. Trout fishing within 10 feet of your RV… what more can you ask for! The owners are wonderful and the park is clean and tidy, including the laundry and restrooms. We are in a 40′ «Big Rig»; the sites are spacious with plenty of room for our 4 slides.

Important Note: When you arrive you need to drive through a different park (Pagosa Springs RV) to get to Blanco River RV so keep going just 200′ to the second office.
