Stay-at-Dar’s Bed and Breakfast

What an incredible pleasant surprise! Must admit that I was a little concerned driving to the place as it was in a very sparsely inhabited neighborhood — started wondering what I had gotten myself into. But it all turned out great! Dar’s home is beautiful and she is quite the charming host. Stayed two nights and only had time for one breakfast but it was quite tasty. Also had a chance to dine with the other couple staying there — always nice to meet new people. If you get the chance to «Stay at Dar’s» I would definitely recommend it. Would give Six Stars!

This little place is phenomenal! Dar knows your name and welcomes you into her home with a smile. I am so glad we decided to stay here for our weekend getaway. Our room was the Traveler Suite, and even with the strange little dolls on the wall, this was one cozy little room. All the amenities you could possible need are within your four walls. The Traveler has a private entrance, and I kept my car parked outside of the door. It was like a rental home, honestly. On our second day there, we only left the room twice. It felt like being at home. She gives you your privacy and keeps you stocked with all the things you desire. In the am, she has the breakfast you have requested ready for you and on the table. Darlene opens up the house for you to use as if you were just staying at a relatives home. Cable, WiFi, and blackout curtains are a few more added bonuses!
I didn’t even hear our neighbors in the next room throughout the night. Thats a HUGE bonus!
On here website she mentions the difficulty you may experience while trying to find her home, but with the picture of the B&B on her website, there really is no problem.
I cant recommend this place enough. If you’re going to stay in Pahrump, stay at Dar’s!

Dar is wonderful! We stayed two nights in the Emperor Suite and it was absolutely gorgeous! Dar is very friendly and she provided thorough inclusive service while allowing us to have our privacy. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious and we really appreciated the variety of fresh fruit, juice and yogurt. We have stayed at all of the hotels in Pahrump and we now know we won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Dar for such a great time! We’ll be visiting again!
