White Oaks is a state-licensed adult care facility with room for 10 residents. Our mission is to provide quality care and companionship to our residents. We assist in the daily care of each individual, but also encourage their independence and autonomy. Our residents enjoy freshly prepared meals and clean clothing and linens thanks to the tireless efforts of our 24⁄7 onsite staff that handles all cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
History
Established in 2015.
White Oaks was licensed with the state as an Assisted Living facility at the end of 2015 and is proud to begin servicing the Lake County area.

Jessica C.
Manager
Jessica is the Resident Manager at White Oaks. She lives onsite and provides the guidance for all caregivers, as well as provides a central point of contact for all residents and loved ones.
