These are the absolute LAZIEST bunch of people I have ever seen especially the photo department it is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money I spend there they are just plain lazy. The front when you check it out is really decent, but the photo department and the pharmacy are a lazy bunch of people and can be very disrespectful like they don’t have to account for their behavior

I was just visiting this Painesville Walgreens. I was pleasantly surprised to see a manager training an employee to greet every customer to make us feel welcome. I stopped by the photo dept to pick up & pay for a few pics I had ordered through the Walgreens app. I’m walking out & notice a display of Cheese flavored Skinny Pop popcorn, so I grab a bag & walk to the other register to pay for it too. That same manager/​trainer that had just welcomed me into the store walks over to make sure I paid for my photos that are now in my purse. «Do you want to pay for your photos too?» She says while leering into my purse. I still had the crumbled up receipt in my hand. Are you suggesting that I went behind your photo counter, found my prints among all the others, stuck them in my purse without paying for them, I asked? I then showed her my receipt. Oh no, I would NEVER suggest such a thing, she replied. I was absolutely floored as well as embarrassed! How dare she accuse me of trying to steal $ 3 worth of photos! I will NEVER shop at this Walgreens again!
