Established in 2013.

Tres Locos opened its doors September 9, 2013.

After many years with a Chicago night club/​restaurant, the owner relocated to the beautiful Mohawk Valley & opened Tres Locos in a vintage roadhouse style building. Its mission is to delight the senses with high quality, all natural, homemade Mexican & American cuisine in an relaxing & entertaining atmosphere.

Tres Locos is a true original with a unique blend of food, libations, sports & entertainment.

Worst ever! Came in, it’s 25 $ for a small 32 ounce pitcher that is filled with ice. Did not have rice, salsa or beans. What the hell? Is this a Mexican restaurant? Small town but owners claim they are from the BIG city of Chicago. you do not live there so why the hell do you charge Chicago prices??? Please avoid this place, it’s a rip off!

Terrible! AVOID!!! Non-​authentic Mexican, awful service, drinks so watered down! Avoid at all costs. They claim they’re from CHICAGO And try to justify they’re overinflated prices accordingly. Terrible people and horrible customer service! No real Mexican food — they don’t even know what chorizo is! Nuff said!

It’s $ 25 for a pitcher full of 4 drinks plus a shot of tequila; if you order 4 drinks it should have been $ 28 (not including the bonus shot)!! These are NOWHERE near Chicago prices, and the quality and QUANTITY of alcohol is more than what is charged. The ONLY REASON they were out of rice and salsa was a prior 5-​top of VEGETARIANS at 8:30 on a Monday night!!! This is why GOOD places offer FRESH FOOD!!!

Best restaurant in the area. Prices are MORE than fair! Exceptional crew that would bend over backwards to make you happy. Not a big city establishment, and I couldn’t be happier about it! If there were more than 5 stars available I would definitely give them more!

What a great find! Came here after a bike ride in Canjo with my two boys (11 and 7). We all enjoyed ourselves! The owners were gracious and the service prompt!
The chips were good, salsa was very fresh, but could’ve been a little hotter for my taste. The guacamole was delicious! For dinner we had tacos and a chimichanga, and it was all fantastic! The shredded beef was slightly smokey, tender and flavorful! My son chowed down his pork taco before I could get a bite! Lol! Kid-​approved, too!
The prices were reasonable, and we all walked out stuffed!

Wonderful spot.
Big city food with country flare and portions. Ate leftovers for entire winter during my hibernation cycle. Really good Texmex bar food. Love it. Service was great. Drinks are stuff and affordable. Just lovely.
