While she was not my realtor, I did have to deal with her when putting an offer in on one of her properties. Not only does she take her sweet time when getting back to us (ummmm, I am in sales and when someone wants information on my products I get back to them ASAP!), but when we submitted a offer, she claimed via email that her sellers had agreed to the price. We even went back and forth agreeing on a closing date. After turning in our signed contract and large check of earnest money, she then did nothing either (not even bothering to pick them up), but rather continued to show the property. I am quite sure she used our offer to entice other potential buyers to put in an offer, therefore creating a bidding war. I am sorry, but when someone emails that we have a agreement in price and says to expect a signed contract soon, I trust in that. When we called a lawyer to ask about ramifications, we found out that her realty group has had many complaints and is a repeat offender of doing very sketchy things. She is why realtors get bad names and why people do not trust them. I will never look at any of her properties as she will NEVER get a penny of mine. Good luck sweetie. What goes around comes around.
