Business Owner

Duane represents clients in the areas of family law, probate, trusts and estate, matters where he litigates diverse and sophisticated property and family law issues at the trial and appellate levels.

Leaving the farmlands of Central Illinois, Duane graduated in 1973 from Southern Illinois University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Accounting and Finance. After a few years of practice as a Certified Public Accountant, Duane was awarded the Juris Doctor degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology-​Chicago Kent College of Law. Duane is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, United States District Court Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court.

Duane is also a Licensed Private Detective
