Mperial was founded by entrepreneur Charles (Charlie) Hass in 2005 after experiencing poor and unprofessional service provided by a community management company.

Charlie was brought up up in the real estate and retail arenas, and makes customer service the top priority.

Remaining small in its focus today, Mperial provides prompt response to the Owners, Residents, and Board Members of 26 community associations in the greater Chicagoland area.
