Established in 1983.
Dr. Ray La Vigne has been in private practice in the same location in Palatine since 1983. He graduated Northwestern University Dental School in 1977.
His experience covers a broad range of dental care from preventive through very complex restorative and cosmetic treatment. He treats all ages from 2 — 92. He works very well with all the dental specialists but also performs a wide range of procedures himself. This can be a great advantage for some patients. Dr. La Vigne strives to deliver treatment that is efficient and highly predictable whenever possible but he has a great ability to be creative and troubleshoot.
He is flexible to patient’s needs and can complete treatment in a relatively short time or in phases. His style and philosophy place emphasis on all of these important ingredients:

On the personal side, Dr. La Vigne has lived and practiced in Palatine for 30 years. His three daughters attended St. Theresa and Fremd HS. He and his family have been active in the Palatine Park District, St. Theresa parish and the YMCA. Dr. La Vigne’s personal recreational activities include softball, running, biking, skiing and fitness. He is a strong believer in the «work hard — play hard» philosophy. The goal for everyone is to achieve a great balance between work /relaxation /fitness /family/Religion /hobbies and interests — in other words, the whole living experience.
