Great breakfast or lunch spot. Stopped by on my hour lunch and grabbed some scrambled eggs and toast. My brother opted for biscuits and gravy and they were pretty good. Will be coming back.

Tried this diner located in the plaza near Trader Joe’s. Friendly service, clean, diner atmosphere. Breakfast food was fine… just nothing spectacular. About on par with a Denny’s.

Food was ok, restaurant seemed to be over crowded to the point that we think it was over its max occupancy! Way to loud! Wouldn’t go back just because of that!

Simple décor, diner feel. Delicious food at a great price. Omelette and waffle were really good.

I’ve been going to Flamingo Café since the early 2000s. I love this place for breakfast. I normally go with an egg & cheese biscuit, although the omelets and waffles are awesome. The interior is very diner and a little dated, nothing too exciting but the food is yummy and the ladies are always super sweet and give service with a smile. It’s a great spot if you want some home cooking kind of food. Any time I’ve been it’s been a bunch of locals popping in for a quick bite of their menu favorite. And FYI — this is not a new breakfast spot, and it’s not a brand new plaza. The plaza has a new façade outside, but the only new spaces are Trader Joe’s and Ulta.

Great food and service. If you’re looking for inexpensive but quality diner-style breakfast, this is the place! They were very accommodating of my 5 person party and we came in on a busy Saturday morning.

I had high expectations going here because it’s new breakfast spot on pga in a brand new plaza next to brand new stores and restaurants. So how is it I walked in to see a bunch of old furniture, out dated décor and tables crammed into a room??? I ordered eggs Benedict. When it came out the«slices» of ham where more like slabs of ham steak, so out of proportion to the poached egg and English muffin.

One of the best old school dinner types around. The breakfast is the best in the area. The omelettes are huge, more then enough for one person. Fast and friendly. Nothing bad to say

Good breakfast for very decent prices. Staff was very nice but I was very disappointed with the Eggs Benedict. The ham was not good and didn’t taste fresh. Next time I will pick something else.

Awesome blast place. Great service friendly staff and great food. The place is nice decorated clean and of course the food hummm. Best western omelette I’ve had trust me. From o hop to BRothers of BRooklyn, this place has the best omelette ever. The pancakes wow. Huge order a regular stack and brace yourself.

Flamingo Café is conveniently located a couple doors down from Trader Joe’s on PGA, so for us the location is a bonus. The café is clean and bright and we had a bawdy, bossy, funny waitress who had us laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes. It was an upbeat start to an overall pleasurable experience. My wife had the spinach with feta cheese omelette special and I had the mushroom and bacon Eggs Benedict. I rarely order that dish because so few places get the eggs just right, but Flamingo Café delivered. They also avoided burying the dish in Hollandaise sauce and the home fries were perfect. The cooking was truly a step above. My only ding on the café is the noise level, it is seriously loud. The music is loud and the patrons tend to be older. The couple in the booth next to us was talking so loud we were privy to every aspect of their conversation, most of which we didn’t care about and some of which we found downright offensive. The hyper-stimulative atmosphere detracted from what was otherwise a cute little breakfast nook that serves food that’s truly worth the stop.

Looked this place up on Unilocal while we were down here on vacation. It was awesome! I had eggs over easy and biscuits and gravy. The waitress was friendly and the service was fast. No complaints.

Enjoyed coming to this place this morning. The owner was a kind man who greeted everyone as if he knew them when they walked in. I had the chocolate chip pancakes and they did not slack on the chocolate chips :) This a great little place to have breakfast!

Great breakfast spot, great service, same servers here for years. Classic little, homey diner I’ve been coming to for years. Never a complaint on any standard breakfast fare. Belgium waffles always great with lots of different toppings. Home fries are delicious, eggs and omelets always good. Service is always a 5 star experience, breakfast fare is breakfast fare, but I’ve never had anything bad or poorly prepared, never tried lunch here in 6 years of breakfasts but I will one day.

Worst Breakfast in years. Upon arrival, the woman at the door sat us right away and got our drinks. So far so good. She told us our server(I believe she said Cindy) would be right with us. The place only had 3 tables of customers including us. 15 minutes goes by and ‘Cindy’ walked by a bunch of times and didn’t even acknowledge us. I was almost about to walk out when she finally came to take out order. I ordered 2 eggs over hard with bacon. He got a Greek Omelette. The food didn’t take too long to arrive… but mine was missing th bacon. I said to ‘Cindy’…I ordered this with bacon. She said«oh, right». A minute later she came back and set down the most sorry, dried out overcooked bacon I have ever seen. The fat was solidified and hard. The home fries were luke warm and tasted old and waxy. His omelette wasn’t too bad. ‘Cindy’ never came back to even check back with us to see how everything was or refill our drinks. She was too busy trying to get things right for the ‘regular’ customers behind us(the kitchen kept getting the eggs wrong or she took down the wrong order). Biggest rip off and the worst service I’ve had in a long time. I should have just thrown the $ 20 out the window of my car and saved the calories.
