These amazing people have been renting our condo in Florida since 2006! They are reliable, respectful, and most imporrtant trustworthy! We live in California so feeling safe is a BIG deal for us! Jennifer Z. has been our gal for a while now. She is all of the above and is willing to listen and work hard for her clients. I rely and appreciate her so much. We communicate a lot through email and she always follows through and let’s me know when anything is going on with my unit. The whole staff, especially Jennifer are exceptional.

We had a great experience with Home Property Management. They are extremely reasonable to work with and respond quickly to maintenance requests. Their online portal allows you to pay rent online which is very convenient. Jennifer Z. was always very responsive and extremely helpful. if I could give them 0 stars I would. they are THE WORST. Marley Hyder lacks professionalism, curtesy, and takes weeks to respond to tentants issues. If i were the homeowner I would be furious knowing I was paying for this level of service at the risk of damage to my home (no urgency with maintenance issues affecting the house). Additionally, upper management there does nothing to resolve issues. The problems have continued for years! In the end, both home owner and tenants lose. DO NOT USE or HIRE home property management (624 home).
