You and your staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, understanding and flexible. The limo was amazing. Jay was not only on time but early, extremely friendly, easy going, and willing to go the extra mile in customer service! My friends and the birthday girl absolutely loved it. I came in late on an international flight and the last thing I wanted was a problem with the car ride home. Sure enough the car was not there and my stress level shot straight through the roof. After digging through my paperwork and finding an old itinerary with your phone number! I dialed the number ready to hear apologies that would only anger me more. The last thing I expected to hear is that I had a reservation for the next day.
Instead of arguing with me over whose fault it was! You immediately reacted with the comment «let’s get you home». You mentioned you had an affiliate service in the area and would get to me shortly with a time frame they could get to me. While you reached out to your affiliate company. I searched of the evidence that your company was at fault. After finding the paperwork I saw that it indeed read the day after my arrival and it was an obvious mistake on my part.
Minutes later you called me back with the news that a driver will be meeting us within 15 minutes. Five minutes later, the driver pulled up curbside and whisked our exhausted souls home. All service professionals are coached to under promise and over deliver. You must have earned an A plus in that class! Your calm demeanor, call to action (not to blame,) and more important your ability to «get me home» with such short notice places you in an elite class of customer service providers. Thank you for being there for me and my family. You have gained a raving fan of your business!

Wow. Horrendous service. I am now sure that Robert, the pompous and arrogant owner wrote the ONLY positive review on his struggling business himself. Robert is perhaps the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met in the service business. Evidently thinks that the way to build his flailing company is to use his military background and bootcamp mentality to try to intimidate and insult his clients. There are dozens of fantastic car services in Palm Beach County. Do NOT put your special event, your valuable time, or your money in the hands of Robert. Or do, but you’ve been warned.

My husband and I booked this service for an airport pick-​up at the suggestion of my mother who uses them often. Rob patiently answered my questions when making the reservation, and the driver was prompt, courteous and professional. The Town Car was spotless. You can’t ask for more. Thank you! We would definitely use this service again.
