We just had a wonderful lunch that included a smoothie and freshly made juice. Our sandwich was the open faced tuna with a small side salad. It was all delicious. For our parting drinks we ordered two iced Americanos which were also very good.
Would recommend this establishment for anyone looking for fresh and healthy fare.

In a sea of donut shops and pizza a healthy alternative! Amazing healthy, gilt free food, even the open faced grilled cheese! Kind and friendly staff, wonderful bright space.
I plan on returning often.

We were recently vacationing in Florida and were looking for a good lunch place. Well, we found one. Blend Bistro is tucked away in an outdoor shopping mall, but it is worth the effort to find it. Everything on the menu has healthy ingredients, so we were comfortable ordering anything.
The risk with healthy food, of course, is the taste, but we found our meals to be delicious. I had a club sandwich with fresh turkey, avocado, etc, while my wife had some salad I would never have ordered. It all tasted like someone had just gone to Whole Foods to pick everything up to make the meals. We both loved our lunches so much that we went back the next day.
The atmosphere is casual, a place you can take kids, but it’s quiet enough for a married couple like us. The staff was friendly and happy to talk about the food. It seemed clear the people working there liked being at the kind of restaurant where they would like to eat.
We will be going back to Blend Bistro the next time we go back to Florida. We suggest you try it out.

I’d never heard of this place before, but needed dinner in a pinch while working late one night and not many places around my job deliver, so I tried it. I love portobellos, so I gave their portobello sandwich a try. It was very non-​tradition, but I really liked it. Service was also quick and courteous. Considering the area they’re located in, I also found the prices very reasonable

The Blend Bistro is my favorite healthy restaurant in all of Palm Beach County! The service is absolutely phenomenal, meatballs are to die for, flatbreads… Everything is awesome! We’ve been here 5 or 6 times now and always try something on their «limited» menu so it’s always something different. Expect for the meatballs cause they are just awesome! Highly recommend this

I can’t believe I never noticed this place before. Just wonderful. The menu changes with the seasons since they use local fresh ingredients. Today I had French brie in phyllo dough, yum! Husband got the mahi wrap, which he loved. This is going to be our new go to before the movies. A++

Came up for the day to visit my family and my mom brought us here because we try to eat organic and grass fed. This place is delicious! Had some yummy grass fed meatballs and organic sangria. We tried a couple other items and everything was great. Came out at the right temp. Our waitress Genevieve was super friendly and helpful. If your in the area you should def stop by! Great menu and very reasonable price for the quality!

My wife and I had a great experience here. I can recommend the stuffed poblano pepper with quinoa, topped with diced tomatoes, guacamole and a splash of tomatillo sauce. It was excellent. My wife was very pleased with her sliced chicken breast and basil pesto sandwich on crispy ciabatta with a side of fresh mixed greens salad. Service was friendly and prompt. The menu has a number of fine choices and I especially liked the suggested wine pairings. The organic Chardonnay was perfect. Looking forward to a return trip. The prices are very reasonable considering the neighborhood — a good value.

After an overdue 4 p.m. lunch, my mother and I dropped into this chic, New York-​vibe, fresh café. I had a cup of minestrone soup and split the turkey portobello sandwich split with my mother. We topped it off with a glass of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc blended white wine from South Africa. Their food tastes as good as it is healthy and fresh. We will definitely come here again, especially before our Whole Foods trips!

Great evening on the patio for a friend’s birthday. We showed up with 20 women & they accommodated us pleasantly. We ordered everything from smoothies to salads to flatbreads & desserts. Thank you!

We were taking a localized vacation for thanksgiving weekend up in palm beach. On one of the nights, we ventured into town off the beach and landed at this seemingly new spot. Very clean with a very calming vibe in the middle of a hectic plaza. (Downtown at the Gardens). Juices, smoothies and a nice menu with both vegetarian & vegan options. Service was totally on point, greeted, seated and served in a very reasonable amount of time. Roasted eggplant, salmon wrap & stuffed pablano pepper all hit the spot. Cheated and consumed a slice of pumpkin cheesecake which was yummy! (Don’t tell my wife). Overall the experience was great. Will def Come back again next time we are up this way.

Excellent! Just had lunch here with my dad for the first time. I was looking for a healthy place for a decent price and found it on Unilocal.Very happy with the service and the food.
My dad had the eggplant gratin and it was absolute perfection. I had the yellow lentil soup and the salmon wrap. The soup was great, and the wrap was good but was not spicy as the menu said. We shared the bread pudding for dessert which was an interesting take on it, made with golden raisins. A little dry but delicious.
Our server Brandon was really nice and friendly as well. We will definitely be back as there were half a dozen things I still want to try on the menu!

Planning on going to Two Jays because I remember it when I lived in this area. However, the Unilocal reviews were not outstanding so I stopped, switched my designation, and gave Blend a try.
The first thing you will notice is the ambiance. It is extremely nice and perfect for an afternoon lunch or a date night dinner. Service was on point, helpful and quick.
My steak with vinaigrette dressing was delicious and über healthy. The same goes for my Evolve smoothie. No time or appetite for dessert or any of the small plates. Just plenty of good healthy food.

We stopped by here after doing some shopping. We weren’t 100% sure if we wanted to eat here, but the owner assured us we would love it and invited us in.
Ambiance: very nice clean décor and soft jazz playing. Nice for a rainy afternoon.
Service: the owner was very nice and recommended we try the provolone meat balls. Our waitress was a sweetheart and answered all of our questions.
Food:
Provolone Stuffed Meatballs — they were pretty good. I wasn’t expecting the meatballs to have peppers in them as it’s not stated on the menu. Unfortunately, my boyfriend could not try them as he does not like anything remotely spicy.
Blend Bistro Club — my boyfriend got this. Nothing too special. I personally would not order it again.
Overall, I would probably give them a 3.5 but the service is worth giving them a 4.

I had the stuffed Poblano pepper (stuffed with quinoa and the most flavorful combination of foods and spices). It was amazing. Only the stem was left :).
The Blend also seems to have a lot of Gluten-​Free and vegetarian food without being too promotional about it.
I also had a juice (called The Best Day Ever — I’m not exactly sure what was in it, it was citrusy and tangy and just right on.
The actual restaurant is super comfortable and cool inside. The atmosphere is perfect for appetite, sophisticated and clean lines.

I’m not one to be into healthy eating, but this place is amazing! Had the Bistro Club sandwich with Avocado and it was delicious! Also, try to the Fire Roasted Poblano Chile, to die for! Great Service, Friendly Staff… Will be back!

I have been waiting with bated breaths for the opening of the new the Blend Bistro. I must say maybe I waited with too much anticipation. As many of my readers know I am often positive and filled with praise, I’m trying here but I can’t. (Note this is there first day open)
Let’s start with the ambiance which is wonderful. Beautiful aderandack (sp) style chairs with robust cream cover awnings for outside dining by the water features gives way to an expansive modern chic motif on the interior. The dominate black and white pallet and understated but sharp. The chandlers inside are tremendous works of art that I thoroughly enjoyed. The build out is by far the best part of this restaurant.
The first item I ordered was a drink from there Seasonal Fresh Squeezed Juice and Smoothie menu. The first item I ordered, the fresh pressed Pure Joy was not available as Watermelon wa not on season. I asked my highly attentive server for a recommendation. She brought me the Temptation which was a delightful mix of Acai, cranberries, banana, maca and coconut water. I loved this mix and would/​will be back for this.
Next came the 5 Onion Soup. The presentation was wonderful. Great color that gave way to an overly greasy broth with fat at the top and absolutely no flavor. It tasted as of there was no salt in the dish what so ever.
My meal was the Grass Fed Steak Salad. Again as per my picture great presentation but lacking everywhere else. The overwhelming taste is arugula — arugula stems and nothing else. The white beans offset the sundried tomatoes and flatbread croutons are tasteless. This means that the thick roasted garlic vinaigrette needs to foot the bill and alas it doesn’t. Also my steak came out basically raw to rare (I love that, most don’t) and had no seasoning at all.
All in all not the best start but one I’m hoping with some recipe refinement can work. Until my next new launch, dine fine.
