I love this cozy, laid back little gem! My husband and I totally enjoyed our weekend at the hotel. Bar and grill was great, with super friendly staff to add! Nice, clean, and beautiful view of the ocean. We will be back next time we visit west palm!

BEDBUGSCOVER-UPINROOM126! Arrived at this hotel for a nice vacation. Next morning, woke up with over 20 bed bug bites all over! They made us wait around the whole day for the pest inspection company Steritech and when they arrived, they never even went inside the room(we stood in front of it the whole time), and created some fake report claiming that there was nothing wrong with the whole room. And crazy thing, they’re renting out the room the next day… Lied to our face multiple times and wasted our time… Avoid the hotel and Guillermo, the general manager.

This place should be avoided. It is a dump inside and out. Check in is 3 pm. I arrived at 1:30 and there were rooms ready but the clerk would not let me in unless I agreed to pay another $ 20. Technically correct, but when has that ever been demanded in your experience? The room has broken tile on floors, corrosion around metal surfaces, exposed outlets, damaged surfaces and no amenities. The shower will either give you ice cold or scalding water-not warm. The attached restaurant had good food but one very overworked waitress. She was pleasant but needed some help to speed up service. This is not a vacation destination. The beach is small and seems to be eroding fast. The pool area is small and uncomfortable. We picked this on line for one night after a flight was cancelled. Big mistake.

Okay, at the Tides restaurant there, if you don’t mind eating off tables that pool goers sit on, or put their feet up on, or birds land on… and are never washed down during the day. then enjoy! Btw. they just repainted the outside tables and chairs brown. last time they did it, the paint on the chairs wore off quickly. on the seat of people’s pants I assume. Don’t wear white!

Poor, poor, experience here. Hidden fees, no WiFi as described in rooms, NO beach access(has been destroyed for months), filthy mildewed rooms(reported by other guests as well). Also, the«New Management» excuse has been used for months it seems per other reviews here and elsewhere. Pretty much everything described on their website is BS. I know«you get what you pay for» and this isn’t the Ritz, but I expect timely/accurate info on a company’s OWN site and a clean room when I check-in. I expected a motel or «inn», I got a cesspool of God knows what.

We arrived to check in and got as far as that. We were informed that we would have to come to the front desk every time we wanted to access our room since their key machine was broken. Even though we arrived an hour and a half after check in our room still wasn’t ready. The receptionist then informed me that the phones in the room were inoperative and the wifi was down. After processing and charging my card for our beachfront room I asked, «is there anything else not working?» She then informed me that there was no beach access since their stairs had been broken for some time. I then asked them to void the transaction as my girlfriend had by this point made some calls and reserved another room up the street. The staff seemed to be used to this and ambivalent to our situation. This establishment has the potential and location to be good for a quick getaway but they need to be more forthcoming about the condition of the property and the availability of their advertised amenities before swiping your credit card.

I liked the staff at check in even though i was not just given the wifi password, I hated the bar flat out, and the room could have used a sweep especially with tile floors. The tile floor also did not make the room very inviting. Not sure why they have a beach out front i was told to head down to the public beach if i wanted amenities. So with that in mind i would have paid maybe 45~50 per night and been happy with that number. For 80, sweep buy some rugs and offer some towels and beach chairs or something to justify the money and location.

There is nothing I could say that Will S hasn’t said. His was a very comprehensive and honest review. He rates the join one star, but I give it three. There is seriously NOWHERE in this country and possibly the world that you can go for this price with a free breakfast included. There are great pictures on Trip Adviser that will give you an idea of what to expect out of the rooms. They are accurate. It needs a lot of work. But, having said that the rooms are very clean… as clean as a very old place can be. You’ll note that the beds appear to be brand new and the sheets smell freshly and thoroughly laundered. If you like a nice room with a functioning TV with a remote from this century with a phone… don’t come here. Just don’t. You know you won’t be happy. We booked our fourth trip for February. Can’t wait!

At first glance, this place looks like a perfect little getaway location, nestled between numerous condos. Upon entering the room, it less than impressive with cold tile floors, broken door, rolling beds that kept moving, very old televisions, broken remotes, no phone, and an ugly bathroom. The cleaning staff didn’t speak any English and appeared to be annoyed when you didn’t speak Spanish, and left my room with no towels once. The wifi was incredibly weak and wasn’t always on. There was a restaurant and bar in the rear of the hotel that looked promising. The food was very good for all three meals, and the bar was more than adequate, but looked amazing! The comp. breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel(for free), but the server only got my order correct once the entire week I was there(lunch & dinner)! A guy named Pete that clearly walks around like he owns the place, but he at least runs the bar/restaurant. The girls that work there do nothing but complain about him and I don’t blame them. Just the way he carries himself & talks to people screams douche bag.(Sorry…) He even was there one night with what appeared to be a girlfriend. Not professional at all. Overall, this is a great place for the price, but with just a little more effort, this hotel could be an incredible place to stay that I would tell everyone about. Invest more into the rooms and some customer service training, and this place would easily be one my favorite hotels to stay at.

Very nice oceanfront inn with courteous staff and nice restaurant. Sundeck is very nice and so is pool/bar/restaurant area. There is a small beach, but a larger beach nearby. There is also a public playground within walking distance for kids if you have them. The rooms are nothing fancy, but comfortable. There is WiFi and a mini-fridge. Clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for the price, location, and quality.
