Widely recognized as a world-​class source of self-​defense instruction, our dojo, the Jukido Jujitsu Academy, has been the premier martial arts school in Palm Coast, Florida since our establishment in 1999. Teaching students from all walks of life, we offer the finest in authentic jujitsu and karate for children, teenagers, and adults.

As the longest running martial arts school in Flagler County and the surrounding area, the Jukido Academy has established itself within the community as the trusted source and the local authority on all matters regarding legitimate self-​defense instruction. As the most well attended Jukido Jujitsu school in the world, we teach a comprehensive curriculum through a highly evolved teaching methodology to well over a hundred students weekly.

Our mission, simply stated, is to teach our martial arts with an approach that is not only consistent with the highest technical standards but also the highest standards of integrity and honor — the hallmark of all real martial arts. Through the Jukido Way, our students will learn an authentic system of jujitsu with an emphasis on self-​protection and self-​perfection.

The Jukido Jujitsu Academy (usually shortened to simply «Jukido Academy») has been the premier authentic martial arts school in Palm Coast and Flagler County since 1999, offering authentic jujitsu and karate instruction for children and adults. As the longest running school in Palm Coast and Flagler County, Florida, the Jukido Jujitsu Academy has established itself as the most trusted source for legitimate martial arts instruction. Having been voted by voters in the local community as the «Best Around» in martial arts countless times our dojo has become the local authority on all matters regarding martial arts for self-​defense.

Staying true to authentic jujitsu, karate, and all real martial arts — the Jukido Academy strongly advocates that martial arts be utilized and taught for self-​defense purposes and not simply as a form of sport.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Sensei George Rego began his martial arts training as a child at the honbu dojo (world headquarters) of the International Kokondo Association (IKA). Since that time he has been trained by the world’s leading and highest ranked Jukido Jujitsu and Kokondo Karate master, Shihan Paul Arel (founder).

Sensei Rego is a former Jukido Shiai Champion, having been successful in many jujitsu randori tournaments. Prior to 2010 he had won six gold medals, five being consecutive in the Senior Black Belt division. Sensei Rego is only the second middleweight in Kokondo history to win the IKA Jukido Jujitsu Grand Championship and the youngest grand champion in Kokondo history. In 2010, Rego was «volunteered» to participate in the 1^st IKA National Jukido Championship in Seattle, Washington — he won the 1^st ever National Jukido Jujitsu Championships in the senior black belt division.
