called them after hours, sent service man out found problem. needed new compressor. had to order it. but the good part is the put in a temp unit which may have saved me I have copd and have a hard time without ac. I was a contractor and know many ac comp this one is the best.

We had our AC die on a Sunday afternoon, unit was not cooling the house. I called the after hours number they called back in 15 min or so. A repair person was dispatched and hear in an hour or so (he was in the area which helped), he found the issue and fixed it in no time fiat. They have serviced our unit prior and all in all I am very impressed.

Everything you want in a HVAC company and more! Even though they had to travel to St Augustine, they gave me the best price, and it was for a top name unit, while other prices I was quoted was for companies I had never even heard of. The technicians who came to install the unit in my condo were top notch. They made sure not to make a mess — double checked their work — were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional all the way! Patient and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Very meticulous. I have used a few companies in the area, and this one is my go to company from now on. They are a hidden Gem — I guess because they are out of the area.
