I have been in the air conditioning and Plumbing business for 26 years.

I am originally from London England, I served for 5 years in The Grenadier Guards before moving to the United States. We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and we have our own private label systems made to our specifications. We pride ourselves that all of our technicians are back ground checked and drug tested to ensure the highest level of competence and safety. We are always available 24 hours a day, never an overtime charge with upfront pricing. We continually train to improve our services here at all seasons to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Air conditioning unit quit during a 100 plus weather event… We called approximately 5:00PM on a Wednesday evening and by 5:45 PM Ernie was at our door and diagnosing our problem.
He was very personable and he identified the problem and fixed it promptly… By 7:15 PM we had cool air once again… In an age when customer service is ignored by most companies, these people go out of their way to satisfy… Good job and keep up the good work

Thank you for coming to my aid! I had plans to go to the coast for the weekend but noticed before leaving that the house was warmer than usual. It was. I couldn’t believe my AC was going south. I called All Seasons and to my relief they would send someone later to check out the unit. The tech came and called me, while I was driving, that he would need access to the garage unit. Trusting him and knowing that I had no alternative, I told him where my extra key was located. Adam was able to make a diagnosis and made the necessary «repair». Dealing with this problem long distance was way frustrating but thanks to Adam and All Seasons the cats and I were most grateful! Thanks Adam for your continued communication and service.

Was referred to this company by a local business owner by the name of Soto. I had a quick call back from a very nice lady by the name of Michelle & she made an immediate appointment for me (even though it wasn’t an emergency). They called me 20 minutes ahead of the appointment time to confirm the technician was on his way (on time!). Ernie just left my house & he was extremely knowledgable & super friendly. Told me some things I never knew & am glad I now know. Great person to have out in the field dealing with customers one on one. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely continue using them.

Our AC is 16 years old and was in need of replacement as it is getting hotter and hotter. We used All seasons before for check ups so we tried them again for replacement. We worked with Albert, Anthony and Sean to get a great deal through the «hero program» that let us spread our payments out and through our property taxes. Hero is an energy efficiency program through our city. We got a great deal on a high quality system that will be installed tomorrow. Please do your self a big favor and call All Seasons AC out BEFORE you call anyone else, This is a local family business that relies on your support. Several neighbors have been customers of All Seasons for years and rave about them. I can see why after our first experience. They started to win me over as soon as they answered the phone promptly (others never returned my call) by super friendly Jessica, who patiently listened to my rambling explanation that I was in need of standard PM service but I had serious concerns about the questionable installation of our A/C system by a competitor (a scary thunk noise was troubling).
Ernie, called ahead and showed up promptly. He insisted on putting on those funny shoe booties to keep dirt off the carpet. Ernie was incredibly nice. He showed me his very thorough checklist, which we reviewed in detail. Ernie was personable and professional throughout (he didn’t bad mouth the competing company even though he easily could. More impressively he offered plausible reasons the original installers/tech may have done things we perceived as poor service but may have actually been unintended error).
What impressed me about All Seasons, aside from superb customer service from Jessica and Ernie, was I never felt pressured into buying anything and I was never made to feel dumb. You know how sometimes you get that sinking feeling when getting a tune-up or oil change and they call you about unexpected «problems = big $» when you cannot tell if repairs truly needed. In fact, Ernie went out of his way to offer some helpful tips. The best part of the service… it didn’t cost me any extra money at all, the low and fair price quoted was the actual price paid… hooray!
All Seasons is friendly, thorough, fairly priced and not only does A/C work but does plumbing too.

I would highly recommend All Seasons. I need a plumber immediately as there was a small gas leak at my vacation rental home. Darren came out within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. In fact he found a second leak that the gas company missed. He was highly professional, responsive, and a great communicator. He followed up with me when the job was done to let me know all of the work that had been completed and the total charge. Once again, I would highly recommend them.

All Seasons saved us. My ac went out, called The General, who we bought the unit with 2 years ago. They said they had to order a part and it would be two days at most. 4 days later, with no ac during July, The General couldn’t tell me when the part would be in. I called All Seasons, talked to David. He asked me a few questions about the part and told me he would do his best. 10 minutes later, David called back. The part is available in Thousand Palms, he would pick it up and have a tech at my house first thing in the morning. Next morning, Darren shows up, goes over the whole system and gets the ac working that day. He also cleaned up trash in the attic left from The General. All Seasons now has a customer for life. Thank you David for your quick response and thank you Darren for spending the time to get it done right.

My AC had completely quit when I called All Seasons. It was so hot, I was desperate. A repairman (Zack V.) came to the rescue. He told me the truth, my AC is old and tired, but he was determined to try and get it working. And he did. I couldn’t have asked more a more polite, hardworking and concerned repair person. I highly recommend this company for AC repair, and a special thanks to Zack for his help and concern. And it looks like my old AC has made it through the summer.

We have been working with All Seasons for many Years, We just upgraded to a on Demand Hot Water System, Once again they did what they said they would do!
We have never had better customer service from start to finish with a valley vendor!
Glen did the install, and as always it went flawless!, He has maintained our HVAV and plumbing for our last two houses in Palm Springs and we always know the systems are going to perform !
David came to look over the last Job and as always makes sure that the customer is happy! and we are!

My home in Cathedral City had a 50 year old furnace and a 25 year old AC. Time to update. Three contractors provided bids for similar systems. All Seasons was the only contractor who was willing to do the complete job, including repairs to the furnace room. Their pricing was comparable to the other bids. Most important, they spent the time to thoroughly discuss my needs and options. There was no sales pressure and the quality of the installation is impressive. Glenn, Ishmael, and David all worked together to get the installation done right! I highly recommend these folks.

I just had All Seasons install a new furnace/ac/insulation in my house in Palm Springs. I must say in my over 40 years of working on houses, remodeling houses, and dealing with contractors, working with Dave Beale and his team was the best experience I’ve ever had. Dave answered every question and concern that I had. He did a thorough analysis, installed the proper sized unit for my house, corrected any duct/vent issues, and completed the job early. It is the most well spent money I ‘ve ever put into a house. Please keep in mind cheaper and faster isn’t the answer when it comes to air conditioning in the desert. Great job, great people, great service!

Called them, based on the local Unilocal reviews, having a prob with the furnace pilot light. It was a 43 yr old furnace and was beyond help. I already had a bid but I thought i would make one more call to All Seasons… and told them I needed someone out that day as work was going to start the next day.
David, came out loaded with knowledge and I kept asking about additional issues. I felt confident and told him that I buy from a firm that exhibits integrity.
I did some due diligence checking on the firm and found they had been around the area for some time with no complaints from any Building and Safety Dept and no complaints against their contractor’s license.
I added replacing the (also 43 yr old) water heater and added a water purification system.
The installation was flawless and they took care of things that I wouldn’t have thought of in their meticulous installations.(They even wore shoe protectors when they had to enter my house!)
Trust me, I don’t drop almost $ 7,000 unless I believe in the company and trust they will be there for aftercare (warranty, maintenance) and would also be in business to service their work.

I had all seasons price service for me, it was 5,000.
I had another local company price service for me, under 1,500.
Don’t use all seasons, there’s plenty of places in the desert that can service your unit faster & cheaper.

I wanted to write a follow up to my original post. David asked to meet me in person to go over my complaint. I had a feeling at the time that it wasn’t the company necessarily but more an issue with the individual service tech and my meeting with David supports that initial thought. I do think All Seasons as a company is trustworthy and worth dealing with still. They will still figure into my plans for the future next time I need servicing on my home. I know the service tech in question was fired by All Seasons. I know personally, after all my years in business, that an individual employee can undo in one day all the success you’ve spent years trying to achieve. David will be refunding me the money spent during the service call and I feel the slate is wiped clean and things can move forward.
