Business Owner
My grandparents came to the Desert in 1948 from TN (pic). My grandfather Bob Sing was one of the founders of Hoams Pools in 1948 they built the highest quality pools in the Desert until 1968. Also, in 1948 my grandmother Bea Sing ran a little restaurant in Cathedral City called Carl’s Café (pic).My father David Sing graduated PSHS in 1959 (pic) and in 1962 started Sing Pools which then became Sing & Sons Const. Carter and his brothers began working with their father during summers since he was 7 years old. They performed all phases of Civil and General Engineering projects through-out the Desert until 1990. Dave started the lock and safe business while Carter joined the US Navy and served 13 yrs (8 active 5 reserve) as an AT2 (AW) Avionics. After the Navy, Carter worked as Project Manager and built over 40 buildings each with a value up to 12M. In 2009, he seamlessly took over the family business and continues to proudly serve the Desert Cities as a security professional.
