Best decision I made a year ago! Cathy has a positive can do attitude and leads everyone with her humor and by making it fun. No yelling and screaming, just inspirational. I feel so good every morning after I have worked out, its fun and a great crowd of people. Come and visit us at Freedom Park at 5.30 am you wont regret it.

BTBC offers many options for you to join — the 0530 classes at Freedom Park work perfectly for me. We meet outside regardless of weather situation. I have been a member going on a year and it is the best decision in my life. Never was a morning person yet alone an exerciser and a year later I am having fun, feeling and looking fit and healthier than ever before.
