Bill Clawson is the former Tourism Director of Palm Springs. When Bill says he knows the area, he really does! Bill got into real estate in 2001 and has been one of the top Coldwell Banker agents since the moment he picked up a for sale sign.

Bill’s office is located in the heart of Palm Desert at 72 – 605 Highway 111… right across the street from Macy’s at the Westfield Mall. He lives in Palm Desert and serves the areas of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.

My wife Avis and I have been married for 36 years and reside in Palm Desert, just a couple of blocks above famed El Paseo. We have investment properties in several other desert cities as well (I tell you that so you’ll know I put my money where my mouth is).

We’re active in our church, in the Chamber of Commerce and numerous other civic organizations. We currently are a host family to four international students attending College of the Desert, and have hosted more than eighteen students from Austria, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka over the years. What fun.

Our hobbies are boating (all of us) and motorcycling (just me, the wife won’t get near it!). And if you feel like going for a morning run, just call me and I’ll be there with my Nikes.
