I worked at a BK many moons ago and i still love it! This particular location, however, is lacking in their food quality!!! I work in this area 2x a week and very rarely go. And each time i do, i think its going to be different than last time. Last time it was stale fries and no carbonation in the sodas TWICE after i asked them to check their sodas so ended up with iced tea-without the ice :/This time i got the A1 Ultimate Bacon Burger… uhhhh NOT Ultimate except for 2 whopper patties instead of cheeseburger patties. A TINY smidge of A1 steaksauce(which is the NAME of the burger, right??). And ONCEAGAIN cold fries. Who tf wants cold ass fries?!? The employee at the drive thru is so rushed, i couldnt get my card back into my wallet fast enough as she impatiently stuck her hand out-my bag of food hanging there-until i got my bag. Before i could ask for ketchup for my cold fries, she had turned and walked away without asking if i needed any condiments or napkins or anything. Got a medium Dr. Pepper for much needed caffiene… NOICE again. I know its the desert but come the hell ON!!! Ugh. Will NOT be coming back, EVER, to this location. Thanks for ruining BK for me guys!

horrible We were in a hurry and planned to dine at the dash. We went through the Drive thru and got on the road. They gave us cold stale hamburgers. We could not eat them. The ice tea had very little ice. I called over and the manager was very nice and said she would replace the burgers. The excuse being, very few people do through the Drive thru at that time. For goodness sakes… the burgers had probably been sitting there for a hour or longer. They were discusting. Doesn’t anyone check. They served us garbage. We will not go back.

The drive thru was fast. In and out in less than five minutes. Most of the staff are very friendly and give great service. I have been inside the restaurant and I haven’t been disappointed with the service

Just stick with the classics. I go there and order their whopper or bk stacker. Their breakfast croissants are my favorite. I wished they served them all day. They always get my order right and are always pleasant.
