I’ve been told I’m very patient and understandable. I have a background in education so I’m able to meet you where you are and make it intelligible and fun. I make house calls or meet people at coffee shops and libraries. I love what I do, and I like to think that my enthusiasm is contagious.
History
Established in 2011.
When I first moved to the desert, I was helping my 89 yr. old mother with lots of little frustrations regarding modern technology tools and gadgets. I love all things techie and really enjoyed being able to help.
My mom said she was sure there were a lot of people in the valley that need to learn how to use a computer, so I decided to start a tutoring service.
It turns out that she was right. Almost everyone I talk to has something they want help with. I’ve been having a great time. It’s so rewarding to see their relief as they get over the little obstacles and start to enjoy the many benefits of modern technology.
I’ve also been working with business people who know how to use some programs, but have missed some basics. I’ve been able to show them special features and shortcuts that make their work so much easier. I also help them learn how to use new gadgets like iPads and smart phones. Sometimes it just takes one session to get a jump start.
