Desert Resort Management

I have gone to Palm Royale for 25 years. In the past it looked great. New management company in Palm Desert is invisible. One of the boards worse decisions. Board and management company need to manage by walking around to see dirty pools, non heated jacuzzi, uneven sprinkler coverage, etc. It takes a week to get a response to work orders or calls. With previous company it was a day.
New desert scraping looks amateur.
If no improvement will sell next year.

I would give this company «no stars» as they are totally incompetent. They are claiming that I am 2 months behind in condo dues. That is incorrect and I have the cancelled checks from my bank. The woman I spoke with on the phone is totally rude as is our «property manager» who threatened me with a «lien on our property». (Pueblo Sands in Palm Springs) The latest bill I received shows me behind now 3 months with a late and handling fee. What kind of «thug» company is this? Checks are cashed and not posted to a ledger? What are they doing with the money? DO NOT do any business with this corrupt company!

We recently moved into a DRM Associa managed property in Indio (Madison Estates). Several months had passed after our move without receipt of our monthly HOA dues. On my first call to DRM I was connected to Sharon in accounting. Sharon was very knowledgeable. She was honest and explained that the billing administration had been moved to Dallas, TX. She stepped in and took care of what we need. The last impression I have of Sharon is that she did not «rush» me off the phone. She would not end the call until she knew we were on the same page and assured us that our account was taken care of without late fees.
Great Job DRM! Keep up the great service.

We have lived in the Coachella Valley full time for over 6 years. In that time we have gone through FOUR management companies. All incompetent in some way. They don’t have the skill or customer service ability, they cannot work with our Board of Directors or they were in general, not fit to manage a community. We finally have an excellent management company. Desert Resort Management. Our Manager is wonderful. She deals competently and efficiently with issues that arise. And she is easy to work with. Finally, a good management company.

I was able to obtain the information I was looking for, with the help of a senior management official by the name of Mark. He was able not only to help me with what I was looking for but professional and courteous.

Assholes at this place make you jump through as many hoops as possible. They were extremely rude to me and acted as though I was not worth their time. If it weren’t for Palm Springs home and leasing I would just find a new place to live. This staff is an absolute mess and the overweight guy at the front counter has a stick up his ass.

The CEO of the company personally handled my request for receipts and pay off balance. He was very apologetic for his accounting employee’s behavior. It was resolved, thank you!

The absolute worst management company in the desert. I own many units and have dealt with many HOA companies. This company took over the Palazzo development in Indio, CA on or around Jan 1, 2015. My check for January 1 HOA fees were sent to the previous company that oversaw the HOA. Because Desert Resort Management did’nt get the check directly from me and got the monies from Personalized Property Managent or because they are too lazy to do math, they keep sending me late fees and handling fees every month. I sent them all my cancelled checks for the past 6 months in a certified letter, and nothing seems to get done. Most HOA companies in the Desert leave a lot to be desired, but this one really is horrible.
They also seem to have a lot of side deals with towing companies so they can profit over homeowner misery. I also have another property managed by them and I have been told that they will be losing that contract soon. STAY AWAY from these crooks.

Desert Resort Management excels in customer service! Doing business with them is always a pleasant experience as the staff is always friendly and quick in responses to questions and service.
