Detail #1

We had our 2 cars detailed this week & we couldn’t be happier. Daniel Zitt, the General Manager, is awesome & obviously takes pride in his work! He detailed the interiors & exteriors of both cars & even cleaned the engines! Dan is the man! No matter where you live in the CV, the drive over to Detail #1 is worth it. He returned our cars to showroom condition. Thank you, Dan!

Detail #1 is the real deal. I’ve had cars detailed elsewhere but this shop goes beyond anyplace I’ve experienced. They detailed two cars for me this week and now they both look like showroom cars. One is 9 years old and the other is 3 years old.

The Unilocal reviews were so good, I drove from Palm Springs to eastern Palm Desert to have my car detailed here. It was worth the drive! My car looks brand new-​no more dog footprints on the seats, sparkling clean finish on the paint, even the engine looks brand new!
And it cost me the same amount as the Groupon deal I received yesterday.

Had 2 cars detailed and am extremely happy with results. Dan is very accommodating, friendly and customer oriented. One car needed to be detailed to sell. It looks amazing! The other car is my personal use vehicle. It looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot 3 years ago. It seems more common these days to either find a business that has good customer service, but does a mediocre job — or find a business that does a good job yet lacks customer service. Detail#1 has oodles of both, which I greatly appreciate. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this business!!!

Had a great experience with Chris and #1 detail. Brought in my 2009 Prius and it looks like new! They got all the tough stains out of my upholstery and it feels like a brand new car! Love it! Great customer service and well worth the money! Thank you!

There’s nothing like a Full Detail by hand. People stop me all day long and even get my attention in traffic now that my SL500 looks brand new. «What year is that?» It’s a 2002. «Wow!!!»
I absolutely love seeing my convertible shine and sparkle. And the engine looks just a clean. The valley dust had crept in during wind storms, removing the film and piles of dust gives the belts extra life.
Chris and Mike offer top notch customer service, taking care of business in a timely manner. Couldn’t be happier!

My convertible looks so amazing since I got the complete detail at Detail One that strangers are commenting in traffic, stopping me in parking lots and asking about my 14 year old mercedes. «What year is that? It looks brand new, who did the detail?» And the parts they can’t see, brakes and engine are spotless too, cleared of all the valley dust. I’m so happy I found your shop, nice and clean too. Detail #1 made my 8 year old car look brand new! They got out dirt others could not. Very pleased with their work!

I took my 2013 Fiat in for detailing since it was coming up on a year since I purchased it. I keep my cars pretty clean I think. But, I couldn’t believe the spectacular job these guys did! The car looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot at the dealer. I will be back and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Finally found an excellent detail shop in the desert. Nice guys who do quality work at a reasonable price. The cars look they just came off the showroom floor! Highly recommend them!

LOVED my jeep when I got it back! I originally went in just for interior detail but ended up getting the exterior as well. It was cheaper to do both at the same time since I was planning to do the exterior in a few months anyway.
They did a show car detailing job. They removed all of the deeper swirls, surface scratches, and dirt inside the paint, and then they polished and sealed it. I put my hand across the car and it felt smooth as BUTTER. They made the carpets look brand new. The seats were clean and the leather revived. All of my clutter were put neatly in a bag. They even cleaned under the hood. After I drove off, I checked the nooks and crannies to make sure they didn’t miss anything — they didnt.
After this detail, it will be so much easier to maintain a clean car. I highly recommend this place and am thinking to give this as a gift to all of my family’s cars.

What great service! They picked up my car, cleaned and detailed it and brought it back even better than when I bought it. They even got the cat scratches out of it! We will come here again
