H & H Air Conditioning and Heating

H and H has serviced my air-​conditioning needs for over 20 years, they have come out several times on short notice on weekends and holidays,
last week they replaced an entire unit on my home, all done within one day, and with no hassle.
i would highly recommend the firm for any of your needs. i wouldn’t consider using any one else in the area.

Having had the distinct pleasure of visiting Palm Springs last month, my encounter with H-​H was more memorable than I would have liked.
Was driving along to have the H-​H van come speeding up behind me while I was already going 10 miles over the speed limit on the highway to pass another car. Within 30 seconds of pulling behind me, he flips me off (yes, grumpy middle aged worker man with thinning brown hair, we can see you hold up your middle finger even when you have your hand on the steering wheel). I was making a left in less than a quarter mile so I wasn’t going to go any faster.
The guy drops back and gets in the other lane with the slower driver who was still going 55 mph and proceeds to, you guessed it, flip him off. I took my left turn off the highway and darn near got my rental car’s bumper removed by this jackwagon as he scurried over to get in my lane.
Jesus love you buddy. I’m sure you’re tops in customer service.

On time, great value, they saved us $ 900 compared to others (2 other estimates) also … The air flow was stagnant in one wing of the house, they came out same day and made it perfect. Family owned company that cares about the customer. We were recommended and Here’s your recommendation! Use this company

H&H has been servicing my business as well as my home for the last 4 years. THEY ARE THE BEST! Honest, trustworthy and a salt of the earth family. My only criticism, is they will tell you 2:30 for an appointment and call you at 2 to see if you’re available. Amazing company, great staff and one fantastic family! I cannot recommend the highly enough!

We were customers for 11 years with 2 houses they serviced. In those 11 yrs we never missed one scheduled appt. We did in fact miss an appointment recently and rescheduled. They charged $ 49.25 for missed appt. We did pay the bill, to honor what we owed. It was our fault. However, they never considered a quality customer needs to be retained. We are no longer their customers. Hope they are happy with the $ 49.25! We need a new A/​C system, $ 4000+, they won’t be getting our business. We are small business owners as well, we understand the need to retain quality customers and sometimes, we take a situation like this and say it is a cost of doing business for us. They no longer have a good customer or a reputation. Consider carefully before doing business with this company.

Beware! This company came out to fix our air conditioning and charged us $ 800. It worked for one month and went out again. We called them, they came back and said we needed a new unit. Gee, maybe they shouldn’t have charged us the $ 800 to «fix it!» Dishonest! Why didn’t they say it needed to be replaced in the first place instead of ripping us off for $ 800 then a month later telling us that we needed a new one. Very suspicious. They offered absolutely no credit on a new unit and in fact wanted to charge us for coming out to tell us that the unit needed to be replaced. Watch out! they actually don’t deserve the one star, but Unilocal made me give them at least a one star.
