Had offer docs that needed to be printed from another KW office. They told me not possible and to try kw rancho mirage. Had little time between meetings and had to drive over to rancho office. Rancho office bent over backwards to help and made my day. To bad I had to waste an hour instead of walking 50′. Don’t normally deal w kw because of their ads on hate radio but have 2 escrows w them now.

WOW we got involved in a double sided real estate transaction with Marnie Balog and Karen Dorn and got the short end of the stick! The agent representing us (KD) as buyers either did not know what she was doing, playing us or afraid of her broker/​sellers agent MB. Karen from the onset did not write the offer correctly and could not perform basic math functions. Then when we would ask for information it would come back incomplete and days later. It seemed like they were with holding information from us. We would ask her for the same information several times and nothing. We would send emails with four requests in them clearly outlined and KD would only come back with one item answered. We would just shake our heads. We never really felt tike we were represendted by and «Buyers Agent» it felt like they were plotting against us. We ended up backing out of our deal because they could not get a roof repaired for 2K and were not sure if there was additional damage. Would I use them for a Real Estate transaction… NO. Steer Clear of this HACK Shop!
